Great light weight gloves, not bulky. Easy to handle zippers and straps while wearing. Kept my hands warm at 20 degrees. Glad I read reviews before ordering and ordered one size up. I usually wear medium gloves, and large fit well. Not as waterproof as I'd like. Would buy these again.

I got the large for my wife who is 5'10" and they were too small. Reordered the men's large and they worked well. We Nordic ski everyday and they appear to be great gloves.

As I think others have stated these gloves run small. I usually wear a medium but for these gloves I bought the large and even these are tight on my figures. Usually the fingers are too large and just right on the palms. These gloves are the opposite. I have worn them through a big snow storm recently and they did a good job. Because the fingers being tight I notice that my finger tips seemed to be a little bit cool compared to the rest of my hand. Otherwise, I am glad I bought these gloves.

These are nice gloves, but they run a bit small. Returned. Will have to order a large next time.

No snow yet so I have not tried them outdoors, I like the thickness, not too thick and not too thin, I like the extra support along the thumb as that is where my other gloves have worn thin.

My fingertips are ALWAYS cold when I am out walking the dogs and no matter what gloves I have bought, nothing seems to keep them warm long enough. I found these gloves on the LLBean website and after talking with the representative decided to give them a try. The pair I ordered were too small but LLBean received them back and within days I had the next size - perfect! they are everything promised on the website - great fit, able to use my hands when wearing without all the bulk and WARM........I absolutely love working with LLBean.....
A Very satisfied customer

Good value, excellent fit, not "klunky" like some gloves. Easy to handle objects, weatherproof

I have a pair of these gloves that I bought a few years back that fit me so well so when they started to wear out I didn't even shop around for a new style, I just got myself another pair. But they have made a few changes that I am not happy about. First off, they made the fingers about a 1/2 inch shorter and the thumb a full inch shorter - not a huge deal breaker but since I have long fingers, finding a women's sized glove that fit me was a huge reason I bought them and returned for another pair in the first place. My other complaint is that they don't keep my hands as warm as my previous pair. By the end of a dog walk tonight in 28 degree weather, my fingertips were freezing. One of the things that I do like about these gloves is their over-all length which allows for your sleeve to go over the cuff of the gloves so no cold air can enter. I will probably keep them just to wear during the fall or spring or just around town but they are useless if you are outside for any real length of time in the winter.

I was so excited to have these gloves to wear on cold day walks, bike rides and for cross-country skiing, but I had to send them back. The hands and fingers fit almost perfectly, maybe a teeny bit short on the thumbs and they were really warm with good mobility and curve for gripping and poleing. But, the wrists were so incredibly tight, I couldn't put them on in a hurry and once on, they were really uncomfortable on the wrists. I would have loved to try a medium- but they were sold out. I was so surprised these were so tight since my wrists are really small - the same size as my smallish 9 year old son.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ADKForeverWild Not for skiing
These gloves are extremely comfortable and lightweight. The first time I tried them on I did some shoveling. My fingers became cold immediately in 35 degree weather. These gloves do not stand up to any amount of dampness. I tried cross country skiing in 30 degree weather and was not satisfied as my fingers were cold in about 10 minutes. I will use these as "going to work" gloves.
