This is such an unique way to peel apples and enjoy them. It is so easy to set up and takes up very little storage space. It peels all varieties and sizes of apples. The apple comes off the end peeled and cut as a spiral. I then slice through for individual pieces. It's perfect for snacks and also makes beautiful uniform slices for pies. I'm always sure to have plenty of apples on hand when the grandkids visit. Not only do they enjoy turning the handle but love the game of seeing whether or not they can get the peel off in one piece and then wiggling it around like a sneaky snake!

This gizmo peels, cores, and slices. I have arthritis in my thumbs and this is an excellent way of peeling apples with no pain. It's also time saving, because it does everything all at once. I also like the fact that you can adjust the depth of the peel. Great product!

This is the greatest invention since the bread slicer or the twist off beer cap. I've had mine for years - the only way to make an apple pie. I just bough a second Peeler as a gift for my sister in law. We both agree the worst thing about making an apple pie is the peeling, coring,and slicing. This does them all in a snap. It is "da bomb!"

We use ours all the time. It peels great but we prefer to core after peeling. You just have to make sure your apples are small and medium, not large.
I love the heft of it, the detailing and the color too.

I've wanted one of these things for years. I gave one to my mother several years back, and she loved it. We make a traditional apple dish that uses 2 bags at a time, so peeling, slicing, and coring all at once is very helpful. It takes a little adjusting to get the entire apple peeled, but practice makes perfect, and the slices are very uniform with little waste. If you like apple desserts, this is a must have.

One of those gizmos that every kitchen should have! I bought it...again...to make apple pies for Thanksgiving and my daughter and daughter in law were marveling at it. I bought one for each of them for Christmas! That's 3 in two weeks! They have small kids so its great for slices for the little ones or apple sauce! Everyone should have one!

I've had my peeler for several years - absolutely love it - so handy - clean-up is simple. Now I've purchased one for my daughter for Christmas - because she always wants to borrow mine!

I recieved one about 6 years ago as a gift and love it. With several apple trees in my front yard I make a lot of pies. You slip the apples on the prongs, turn the handle and in minutes your apples are ready for pies. My grandkids fight over who's turn it is to crank the handle. I tried other apple peelers before I got this one and none compare. It works on a suction method rather than a clamp to keep the peeler still while you peel. It works beautifully every time. My parents bought theirs long before they sent me this one and are still using it. I bought one for my mother-in-law after she complained of you her hands hurting after peeling all those apples I sent her.
