Incredibly lightweight. A perfect thin layer under a dress. Also I long distance walk and this is a perfect layer. Doesn't add any weight but keeps the chill off my skin.

by CrowFlyingNorth Comfortable, well made, shapely fit
Purchased this for bicycling to wear under my cycling jerseys. Although, last weekend, I wore it alone for a short bicycling hop. It is well made, not see through, and fits a lady's shape very nicely.
Based on the comfort and fit, I just purchased another one.

I bought this camisole in cream and black at LEAST 30 years ago. They finally wore to shreds. So...I just bought two new ones. I was elated to see that LL Bean still carries this fine product. The petite is perfect for a short person. It is very warm. feels luxurious, fits true to size, washes well and packs away to nothing.

I liked this very much, but it is too short for me and does not stay tucked in. (I'm 5'7"). The short sleeved t-shirt is about 3" longer, so that works best for me.

very comfortable, warm and really enjoy the elastic bottom so it stays in place and doesn't roll up under shirt. am waiting for the white as that is the color of preference.
thank you and God bless

I have to walk daily to recover from knee surgery. I prefer to do it in the outdoors rather than in a gym on a machine. In the cold weather, I like to be warm, but not bulky. The camisole does the trick. It's so light, I don't even know I'm wearing an extra layer. It does work like a charm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Naneki Perfect for layering
I bought the XS black. I read the other reviews & agree slightly. The neck is too high, but I planned to wear this under sleeveless turtlenecks, so that wasn't much of an issue. I do wish they would come up with a spaghetti strap number. Anyway, this is very soft, I am a size 00 or 0 and the XS fit me perfectly. I find it to be very comfortable, easy to layer under tops & keeps me warm. I am happy with it.

Soft and warm. The mocha coloring does not show through light-colored shirts.

Much more of a cotton than silk finish but style is great. I am going to keep it even though it is not worth it even at the sale price. I will use it under PJ's for winter. I wanted a silk finish so clothing would glide over it softly. This cotton finish causes "cling" which is what I was trying to avoid.

I was looking for something to layer that would not cause bulk. The camisole does do that but is a bit short. It barely makes it past my waste which means I have a gap to the top of my jeans. The neck line turned out to be higher then I wanted as well. It is too high for under a v neck sweater. The camisole did work as an added layer of warmth though so if you are of average height (I am 5'8") the length may not be an issue.
