Rated 5 out of 5 by artladyfrommaine lightweight warmth
These silk undergarments are versatile and fabulous for keeping warm in the winter months. I purchased this as a gift for my mom. While the cost is pricey, the investment is worth it.

I like the shells a lot, great for under sweaters or shirts. Only drawback is that the neck sits high and will show with a lower cut sweater. You also have to hand wash which I don't like to do, but it is silk!

This camisole is perfect. Unlike some camis that are cut low, this covers more decolletage for low cut v-neck sweaters or blouses and it is soft, warm but not hot. I just wish it came in lots of other colors.Love the blush pink color.

I used to order pointelle silk camisoles from Winter Silk and wore them for years in the winter. I was so disappointed when Winter Silk no longer carried the pointelle silk as it wears much better than regular silk. I was DELIGHTED when I found this item in the LL Bean catalogue and have ordered 6. They are perfect in every way.

I like these camisoles they are light and warm. I have had XS in the past but the S is a bit longer which I like, these are short in the length though which works for me.

I am very happy with these camisoles. I have not washed them yet so have no comment. The only downside, for me at least, are the pesky labels that need to be carefully removed. They are true to size and armholes just right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Miggi Silk pointelle camisole
This camisole is perfect under button down shirts. It's lightweight and silky but provides a bit of warmth. The neckline is slightly higher than some camisoles, providing the amount of coverage I like. You do need to wash these carefully as directed because they do shrink up and are fairly short to begin with. Try to get them on sale, since they are pricey.

Incredibly lightweight. A perfect thin layer under a dress. Also I long distance walk and this is a perfect layer. Doesn't add any weight but keeps the chill off my skin.

by CrowFlyingNorth Comfortable, well made, shapely fit
Purchased this for bicycling to wear under my cycling jerseys. Although, last weekend, I wore it alone for a short bicycling hop. It is well made, not see through, and fits a lady's shape very nicely.
Based on the comfort and fit, I just purchased another one.
