Great fit on these pants, and they're tailored enough to wear out for a quick dog walk or run to the store. I wish the fabric was a little lighter, though, for more year-round use.

My husband has been dying for a pair of sweatpants, but no one in the family, least of all his wife, would let him keep the cheesey sweats he'd bring home from who knows where. These are perfect-- he loves the fabric, the fit, and the pockets, and they wash up like a dream! And the entire family approves.....

I can't give a positive review on these. The cut and styling just do not fit my body. I'm sure they are fine for many others. I found them to be a bit short. If I buy the tall... they are not offered in my waste size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MoonLightInVT Sweatpants with Cargo Pockets!
These are quite possibly the nicest sweatpants I have ever had. Great pants, with outstanding pockets.
Most sweatpants have only front pockets. If you're lucky, you get a single rear pocket, but it's inevitably on the wrong side for a left hander, which is so annoying. Not these sweatpants! Here you get six roomy pockets (left *and* right, front/rear/side). The pockets will easily accommodate keys, wallet, cellphone, granola bars, etc., for a trip to the gym or a walk in the neighborhood or out running weekend errands. The side and back pockets have solid Velcro closures, and I don't ever worry about my phone or wallet falling out. All sweatpants should have pockets like this.
What else is there to say about these sweatpants? They are super comfortable. The fabric is a wonderful heavy weight; it looks good, feels good, and seems very durable. I even like the drawstring, which is flat and wide, rather than a thin string. (I tend to break drawstrings after years of use, but these seem like they will hold up pretty well.) I am used to sweatpants with narrow cuffs at the ankle, and wasn't sure I'd like the wide leg openings on these. But a friend of mine told me this is the new style, and actually they look quite nice. You can easily get away with wearing them to the grocery store or a movie.
I got a size Small, and the overall fit is good. My only complaint is that the legs are a little too long. I barely avoid stepping on them even with shoes on, and in stocking feet I do end up stepping on them if I'm not careful. I was hoping they would shrink in length, but after a couple of trips through the washer and dryer, they have not shrunk at all. But did I mention the pockets? I just LOVE the pockets. :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Smta Comfortable, heavy but not hot
These fit well, haven't shrunk noticeably after 2 washes and hot dryer, and are very comfortable to sleep in and wear at home during the day. At 5'8 wearing a Large, they are pretty long, but I might get them shortened 2". The extra pockets and good appearance makes them suitable to go out of the house in also, like to a store or somewhere. Drawcord is excellent, you can tie it like a shoelace and it stays put, and easily unties, unlike cheap store brands. One reason I bought these is because they are heavier and thicker, so my cat's claws don't hurt my legs when she jumps on my lap. I've found in warm weather inside and out, that surprisingly they aren't too hot, not hotter than any other pair of pants.

Although the pants measured long, I got the pants tailored. I like the fit of the rest of the pants. I like the updated cord used. There is extra cord to grab. I like that the pockets fit my billfold. The cargo pockets also hold my ring of keys securely.

I ordered these for my dad who recently had a knee replacement. I was trying to find comfortable pants that he could wear to physical therapy. His old sweats had elastic around the ankles which made it hard to pull his pant leg up to show his knee - so these wider leg openings seemed like they'd fit the bill nicely.
A few days after the pants arrived, mom phoned to say that he wouldn't take off the pants to have them washed! They're so warm and comfortable he was *living* in these pants. She had to sneak them away while he showered so that they could be washed. One thing to note is that they took more than one dryer cycle to dry. Save yourself the trouble and buy two! You'll be glad you did.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Opee Tall size , to short
Purchased these a month ago and unfortunately i have to stretch them when they come out of the dryer. Which is a pain. I see people complaining that the regular size is to long , 35 inseam?
These are great sweats other wise. Maybe I will return and see if I get lucky get a longer pair.....

Bought these for their bagginess, to hide certain implements (medical, nothing else) and discovered the material is soooooo comfortable and, on winter streets provide nice insulation.
The addition of pockets - though the velcro is reeeeeaaaahhhhly strong - is great for keeping normal stuff in normal pants. Now: if there were a summer weight pants in this type, I'd almost switch to year-round wearing of Athletic Sweat Cargo Pants!!!
