Rated 5 out of 5 by mberank favorite casual knit shirt
This shirt matches nicely with perfect fit knit pants-my go-to clothes for exercise and casual wear. I highly recommend this shirt if you prefect a longer sleeve. It laundered beautifully.

Rated 2 out of 5 by VikingMama Shrinks...
I bought this t-shirt and, like so many other shirts from LLBean that I have bought in the past couple of years, it shrank so much after the first washing that I was unable to wear it. It mainly shrank in length, going from high hip-length to barely below the belly button. It's a shame because it is a very nice style and the selection of available colors is wonderful. I wish LLBean could start producing cotton tops that don't shrink so readily and are also a little longer to begin with. I am probably not the only person over 40 who would appreciate having a top that comes down lower than my waistband! :(

I loved this shirt (so great to find a scoopneck that isn't revealing) until it shrank. I rarely dry on anything but low heat, but maybe I was careless one day. Either way, it's now too short to wear anywhere but around the house.

Loved this shirt when I bought it & I have 5. Very disappointed. Very careful when I washed them in cold water & dried on a rack. They have all shrank @ least 2 ins. Never again!

I love the sleeve length and the fabric, but the shirt needs to be longer. I bought one and would really like more, but only if the cut is longer. The shirt shrank up and seems wider, too...though that might just be because it is too short now.
I would love to see more rich, deep colors, too. A darker red, a deep magenta, a darker purple and gray. This is most of the way there to being a favorite shirt.....hope LL Bean is listening.

Rated 4 out of 5 by lizabee love the fabric but too short
I love the pima tees. I have the short sleeve, long sleeve, and 3/4 length sleeve in many different colors. The fabric is so soft, but they shrink and get too short for me. I'd buy many more, including the button down front, if they were longer. I wish they were longer or have a LONG option.

I love the gorgeous, rich colors of these shirts, as well as the terrific sleeve length. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I bought four of these shirts, all of which shrank way too much in the length so that they no longer look good with jeans, in my opinion. Darn! I really wanted to love these. And I did follow the washing/drying instructions. :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by friscowoman Shrannk Way Too Much
I foolishly bought three of these shirts before reading the reviews. I absolutely love the rich colors and the fantastic sleeve length. But they all shrank so much in length that they now look ridiculous with jeans. And I did follow the care instructions precisely. I normally love LL Bean items but these were a huge disappointment. :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by AngofLA plum rose elbow t-shirt
Had to rate this t-shirt low because of the sizing. I usually wear a M or S, depending on the cut....However, knowing LLBean runs their sizes large, I order an XS, and it is still loose-fitting, not that I wanted a tight fit, but their sizing is so out of the normal. Yet, the material is nice and thick. I haven't washed it yet, but I will be line-drying it, based reading some of the reviews which mentioned the length shrank. It's present length is okay (could be 2" inches longer for my liking). The color "plum rose" is a nice color; it's a bit more on the pink side vs. rose tone. I will be keeping it, but will not purchase another.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gimlimom Nice out of bag, but...
...t-shirt shrank an inch in length and width after washing/ drying on lowest setting. This has been my general experience with LLBean knit shirts. Disappointing, as the medium fit just right out of the bag. Now need to try large.
