I'm an athletic size 8/10 but with a large chest - the fit of this vest squashes the chest and lays loose at the waist giving the appearance of an unflattering form. Oddly, the trim at the bottom is a jersey material, almost like a cuff. After wearing for a few hours it begins to lose it's shape and looks like you've had the vest for many years. Returning. It's just too high to be comfortable zipped up, and it isn't very attractive unzipped and spread out. The fabric is great, though, both the cotton exterior and the fleece interior. January 27, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5�by ksgal316 A Must Have! This vest exceeded all my expectations. The fit is slightly fitted without looking boxy. The length is perfect hitting at my mid-hip. The fleece lining is so soft and keeps my core warm without making me feel over heated. I've worn this when the temperatures were in the 30's with a brisk wind and when it was in the 50's and it was the perfect weight for both. I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs. and ordered the size Medium and it was a perfect fit. The armholes are not too big and is versatile enough to wear with either thin or thick shirts underneath. I love the jersey knit outer shell because it gives you such freedom of movement. Since I'm not a fan of the fullness of the puffy down fill vests I'm very pleased I'm able to wear this in the colder weather. Overall this vest is my go to vest for everyday wear. I ordered the Grey and the Ivory and am looking forward to ordering more. January 14, 2013

Then, I decided to order two for Christmas gifts and threw in another for myself. The recipients of the gifts tell me every time they see me how much they love their vests. Here's one of the many things I like about it. I live in an area where the weather is usually mind, but changes daily. So, if it's mild, I use this vest instead of a coat and if it's cold, I use it in the house instead of turning up the heat when I'm here by myself. It's great in any weather and any color. Rated 1 out of 5�by Gizmo2012 Fleece Lined Vest Unfortunately this vest doesn't look or fit very well. I was looking for a dressier vest -- I really like my regular fleece LL Bean vests. This vest is very heavy & hangs like a bag. It also doesn't have zippered pockets or inside pockets and keys fall out of the pocket when you get up. The pocket angle is wrong. I don't usually write reviews but I was very disappointed in this product -- not up to the usual standards. November 18, 2012
