Gloves defiantly run at least one size smaller than the LL Bean size chart and the thumb is longer than what it needs to be. When you first get these gloves they make a horrible crunching noise like noisy plastic, just glad that it mostly goes away as you break the gloves in. Don?t know about how waterproof they are, but being Gore-Tex they should be fine. Not as warm as I thought and I was only in 38-42 degree weather and hands not cold, but not hot either. Overall they are ok but I think that they are about $30 over priced for the glove you get. Just hope they last a few Elk hunting seasons.

These gloves are warm and keep your hands dry even in wet snow and slush. They allow easy finger movement and are rather "woodsy" looking with the camo covering. Excellent for hunting, hiking or just going out in cold weather.

Nice gloves- What I did was use the size measurement chart and
got a good fit. I did not want the gloves to be to big and by using
the chart the fit was snug and just right for me.

These gloves are really warm and they are very well made! Well worth the price. LL Bean fitting guide was right on the money for me... I'm very pleased with this product.

Good quality, warm, light weight. I bought XL. I will use them when I sit in the blind or on my tree stand. Wore them today, it was the low 20's F tonight. I put my jacket over the gaunlet of the glove and was nice and warm. I like them. They would be too warm for active walking or hunting unless it was very, very cold.

My normal glove size is Large. I found the XLarge to be a little tight. I like a loose fitting glove when deer hunting, which I can remove quickly for the shot. The hook & loop wrist closure prevents quick removal and is noisy, which is the reason I returned them. Other than that they seemed like a well made product.
