Fits snugly and puts on and off easily and keeps my kayak cockpit clean. Worth the investment.

This was the only cover the I could find the fit the large cockpit of the Field & Stream Eagle Run 12 Kayak. Very nice construction should last a long time!

This is a good product. I have one for my Perception Acadia kayak that lives in Maine. However, it was too small for the Old Town Castine boat that I keep on Long Island, NY. No matter how hard I tried, it simply would not fit. I'll have to keep looking, I guess, because the next size would be too large. Oh well....

I bought this cover for my Manatee kayak to keep out any critters that decided to move in. Can't tell you how pleasing it is to no longer find hand-sized wolf spiders crawling up my leg when I jump in my kayak.
Fits snuggly even with my Harmony Kayak Console in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ViewfromVT Fits the Pungo 120
Kayak is a Wilderness Systems Pungo 120.
I have been awkwardly tying down plastic sheeting over the cockpit, for winter storage in the top of my garage. This has worked fine, but required patience and (dwindling) coordination on my part. The new cover went on in two minutes, even though the kayak was already suspended from the ceiling. Fit is not so tight that it would have to be excessively stretched, but wraps around the lip of the cockpit, so will keep the critters at bay.
What's not to like?

Rated 4 out of 5 by kfsandrock Does fit Pathfinder 100
I was skeptical about this cover fitting the cockpit of my Pathfinder 100, but it actually does fit. However, the first time you try to put it on, you're going to need at least four hands to do so. It took the better part of 20 minutes to get it to sit correctly in the channel of the cockpit. Persistence will pay off eventually, but you have to really work with it. I eventually sat on the cover while on one end of the cockpit and tried to work it around. I will say, the second time I put it on the cockpit, it went on much easier. I guess it got stretched out a little bit. It still took 2 sets of hands to put it on though. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because it is so difficult to put on and virtually impossible to put on by yourself. But once it's on, it does stay on and keeps the creepy crawlies out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ADK4ever Good product, but difficult to attach
The kayak covers do a good job of keeping spiders and water out in between uses, but you need two people to attach them. It's a very tight fit! Also, make sure the kayaks are stored upside-down after putting the covers on because the rain water might build up and collapse them otherwise.

by HouseODogs Great Fit "once I figured out how to put it on"
I ordered this 41x23" cockpit cover to fit a Sundolphin Aruba 10. It appears to be well made and until I found a way to stop one end from slipping off as i stretched it to the other I was wondering if it would fit. I hooked a bungee to the stern and the rear of the cover. That secured the cover long enough to slip the other end over the lip the opening. Fit's like a glove! Measure carefully, don't use during transport and you'll be please with your purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dave874 Bottom Line, It Wouldn't Fit...
Quality was not up to LL Beans standard. Although size specifications for the cover, and the kayak (Field & Stream Eagle 12)cockpit opening specification matched, the cover just would not fit. Too small.
Return assistance by LL Bean was excellent.

I only have a 9 1/2 foot kayak and this cover would not fit over cockpit. Elastic is too short and tight. Cover is just too small. Gave up after 10 minutes.
