The Montana uses the same touch-screen technology that makes Garmin's automotive GPS's so easy to use. The sunlight-readable display is a generous four inches diagonal with rich colors and the ability to display high-definition images. It's equipped with a high-sensitivity, WAAS-enabled GPS receiver with HotFix satellite prediction that provides exceptionally fast position acquisition and excellent accuracy. It's a great choice for hunting, backpacking trips or just about any outdoor adventure.

Preloaded with a worldwide base map. With 3 GB of internal memory, there's plenty of memory for adding maps, and a microSD card slot lets you add even more memory. Compatible with Garmin's TOPO U.S. 24K, BlueChart g2 and City Navigator NT maps. It also supports BirdsEye Satellite Imagery that lets you download satellite images to your device; subscription required. Rugged and waterproof, it's built to withstand any kind of weather.

Go paperless when geocaching by downloading GPX files from opencaching.com. All the information will be displayed onscreen, so you won't need to carry lists of coordinates and descriptions on reams of paper.
