After a lifetime of camping (of all types, even motorcycles), we have decided to spend our remaining years auto camping throughout North America. We were looking for a larger stove that can weather the winds of Canada, but easy to operate and maintain. We chose the century because of cost and function, and are very pleased with our decision. It isn't too heavy or bulky, and functions quickly and flawlessly. We recommend it highly for this type of camping.

I tried to ignite my new stove would not work. went out bought new propane bottle and tried again no go so hooked new bottle to old propane lamp worked just fine tried my old propane bottle on lamp worked just fine. Apparently they do not test them before they are shipped. After fooling with it for and hour I came the conclusion the regulator was misadjusted or broke.

For the money, this stove is excellent. It was a little larger than I expected but that is ok since this stove is used for car camping. There is plenty of room to cook on the stove, has wind vents and it is easy to clean. What is not to like?

As far as appearance, good finish, compact, and sturdy. Cooking surface is more than ample. Side panels very convenient to shield against drafts/wind and easy to fold down when not needed providing additional "overflow" area for larger pans and griddles. Hooking up propane is relatively easy, however a flexible connect line would be a bit easier to manipulate. I'd buy it again and the price can't be beat.

We've gone through a couple camp stoves and this one beats them all. The wind shields are so easy to use. They are already installed on the bottom so all you have to do is unfold them and clip them on to the top. The valve for the small propane cylinder was very easy to screw in. You do have to use a match to light the burner but that was no problem-it lit right up. My favorite part is the burner really does respond to the setting you have it on. It boiled a big pot of water on high faster than any other stove we've had, and it warmed food on low. This means you can control how much propane you use. Former stoves of ours had the same dials but they really only had high and the flame went out on low and you wasted tons of propane. This one works perfectly and the wind shields really help. There is a handle built in on the bottom for easy carrying, too. Love this stove!
