I love these shoes! I have tried ballet shoes in the past and they have been uncomfortable because of how the edges rubbed against my feet. At first these shoes were tight all around, but after I had worn them about 3 times, they stretched out and became incredibly comfortable for all day use. I love the taupe color!

Like these shoes for their comfortability, and ease of putting on. Would have given five stars if they had had more colors, and the shoe was a bit more durable! Looks like these shoes are thin on the bottom and might wear out easily. All and all, I did like them a lot.

These are so neat!! The color is really pretty, I have the yellow. They are so comfortable, I normally wear 81/2 and that is what I ordered, they are a little snug but I think they will be perfect after I wear them around a little. The leather is so soft I feel sure they will stretch some. Very nice for casual or dress, I need flats most of the time now so these are great. Another great LL Bean product!

These look cute on and make my 9.5 feet look small. The 9.5 fits me just a bit snugly but I think they will mold to my feet after more wearings.
I did some city walking in them and they were comfortable. I only gave them 4 stars because they are a little bit like slippers and make a funny sound when I walk around the house in them. But I liked them enough to get other colors!

I ordered this flat in the yellow and red/pink. I really love them, the construction is good as well as the padding and arch support. I normally wear a 7.5 but exchanged them for an 8 because they were a little snug. The 8's are perfect.
Looking forward to wearing this pop of color all summer!

I bought these in the "timber" color. There was only one review listed and it was 5 stars, so I thought I'd really like them.
Well, they were stiff and the elastic around the top was rough and would have rubbed sores into my feet. They came rolled up tight. I wore real leather ballet flats when I danced as a girl and THOSE were soft and comfortable.
I didn't like the timber color; it was blaa and non-descript. The sole was thick and well-padded, but that was the only positive to these shoes.
I put them on and took them off in record time! Sorry, LL Bean, but I had to return them... I think this is my first negative review.

I am a church organist, and I ordered the Signature Ballet Flat to play the organ pedals on Sunday mornings! It is so important to be able to feel the pedals easily with the feet, and in the winter I use driving shoes for this purpose. For spring through fall, the ballet flats are much cooler and are very comfortable. They are beautifully made and fit the foot like a glove. They are comfortable for walking, although I won't be walking much with them on.
The neutral grayish shade will go with all my Sunday outfits! A very nice cotton carrying bag comes with the flats, and so I can transport them easily to church, along with my organ music!
It's important to know that because of the unique craftsmanship, these flats really do stay on your feet and never slip off! I'm very happy with them!
