Rated 5 out of 5 by RubyRue1 Light weight practical and sleek!
Used it repeatedly during a back country hiking trip. Slid easily into my big pack side pockets as well as fit snugly into my LL Bean day pack.
Hot tea stayed hot for 6 +hours. It performed like the larger heavier models with the added convenience of being light weight and easily packable.
It is stored in my pack for the next trip.
An extra treat was how easy it was to open without leaking!

Not as good as the 25 year old one I bought from you.

I purchased this for my wife who likes to take her favorite hot tea to work each morning. She reports that it works well. She doesn't need to "prime" it with hot water, and it fits nicely in her Highlander's cup holder. She also likes the monogram. I might purchase one for myself.

I was surprised to find that this thermo keeps my coffee hotter for a longer time than a well-insulated travel mug.

This thermos does indeed keep coffee very hot all day. I pour hot water in the thermos 20 minutes before leaving for work. Then I dump the hot water and refill with coffee. Several hours later I unscrew the top and pour piping hot coffee into the cup. It's important to put the cap right on after pouring to keep the contents hot. I also like to transport my thermos in an insulated bag designed to hold wine bottles. If you look online, you can find those bags.

Thermos doesn't keep things hot or cold for a longer period of time as it sez on the description. We have the same thermos couple years ago and it keeps ice and water cold till the next day. The one that we just got, the ice melted in an hour. Very disappointing. Would like to return it but my husband said he can use the black screw cover for his old one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LilBean123 Well made and keeps drinks hot
We needed a good thermos to keep my husband's coffee hot all day and this thermos does that and more! Not only does it keep it hot, but it does it for at least 12 hours! It's also wonderfully spill-proof and it looks good sitting on his desk. You can't really drink out of it (the top does twist to allow you to pour without taking it all the way off), but that's okay since he pours his coffee into a different carafe to drink. Definitely glad we bought this since it has solved the problems his other thermos containers were having.

Not easy to believe that a thermos can keep your beverage hot for almost 24 hours, but this thermos does just that.
Fill with the hot beverage and then you will see. Part of the reason that it keeps the beverage hot for such a long time is that you must put the screw in top back on as soon as you are done pouring out the amount that you need. Do not leave that off because the beverage will cool off - although does not go from hot to cold; just cooler.
Try it and see for yourself. Best thermos ever!

This thermos keeps things piping hot all day long, is easy to clean and most importantly does not spill or leak in the slightest even when laying on its side all day. Excellent product.

Without using the warming technique suggested (I just don't find it practical) I added 190 degree water. Eight hours later, it was still 150 degrees. At 12 hours it was still 145 degrees. At 24 hours the water was 125 degrees. I am sure if the bottle was warmed first the water would stay even hotter at those time frames. This was done at room temperature, so colder temps may prove shorter heat retention times.
Overall quality is very good. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to make the bottle wider and shorter so it could fit under a Keurig.
