I've re-ordered these t-shirts and will continue to do so because of the quality of the product. Very well made and stands up to multiple washes without stretching or shrinking or wrinkling. The slim fit is ideal for my athletic build.
I wear these t-shirts everyday to workout in or to hang out in. This shirt is one of LL Bean's flagship products and speaks volumes about their attention to detail in creating a shirt that is guaranteed to last.

Rated 2 out of 5 by scout64 Not as described
I ordered 3 of these shirts for my husband in size large/regular based on the fact that they are described as relaxed in chest & sleeves with slightly slimmer waist. Unfortunately, the 3 shirts I received were cut like squares. No slightly fitted shape whatsoever and the one shirt was cut even wider through waist than the other two. When I measured the shirts, all three measured differently and not one was slightly slimmer in the waist than the chest. Material is nice, but that's it. Won't order again and these are going back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by bigsal086 Slightly fitted too snug all over
I previously have been satisfied with the fit of the Traditional version of the Tee in size Medium.....generous in the shoulders and upper chest. With a 33 in waist, I tried the Slightly Fitted version, but found it to be tighter all over.....waist was OK, but it was too snug thru the upper chest, under arms, and in the shoulders. I'm going back to the Traditional fit.....

Rated 4 out of 5 by SW555 Good; could be perfect
Excellent quality, good fitment, however the collars are big and do sag over time.
If the collars were a little tighter (some LLB T-shirts have been perfect so there is some inconsistency), these would be THE best T-shirts in the country.

Rated 3 out of 5 by IKnowMyBeans Good shirt! Doesn't check all the boxes for me...
So here's my advice: if you need undershirt that stays tucked in and you want to wear under a buttondown or polo to work, then skip this. Bean used to make another shirt for that- called Bean's essential tee or something like that. I have a couple of those in white and grey and they hold up much better than these in my opinion. These are always nice out of the bag though and for a few months of wear. But, in my experience, they shrink after repeated washings and the neck doesn't stay up very well throughout the work day. Too bad! Love the colors and if they can work out some kinks I think they'll have a winner! It's weird because I'm wearing a graphic tee right now made out of the same shirt and the collar is holding up great!

I like the fit (slightly-fitted), durability and feel of this shirt.
Have several colors; keeps wardrobe choices simple.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MarthaMom Tall Slightly Fitted Tee Shirt is too short
If you are purchasing tall sized clothing do not purchase the slightly fitted tee. It is a minimum of one and one half inches shorter than the traditional fit tee. One of the tees in our order was actually two and one half inches shorter than the regular fit tee.
The tall regular fit is a good length and so is the short sleeve Henley.

Very good quality and using an LL Bean coupon made it even better. I just wish there were more colors offered.

Poor quality. Made on Vietnam. My old Ll bean tee shirts are of higher quality and are made in China. Why not USA?

Rated 4 out of 5 by nicky02114 Rather Short for Tucking In
This season I ordered 2 Slightly Fitted Unshrinkable Tees for my husband in size Medium, first time in Regular (my husband's usual length). The Regular was on the short side for tucking in, though doable. I guess the photo of the garment should of given me a clue. Ordered a second tee in Tall and that fits much better. BTW my husband is 5 ft. 10.5 in. and long in the torso.
