Love this skirt! I have one also in a wine color and they are both my go to skirts! Very comfortable and fit true to size. Can wear to work, but also for a day of shopping in flats. Perfect when paired with some tights! Love it! Will get some other colors also!

I do love the skirt, good winter skirt. Love the design. I did make the mistake of getting a 16 when I usually wear a 14. They were out of 14s so I thought I could wear a 16, well 16 was way too big. Maybe I can fit into 12;). I will put a 14 on my wish list.

I am very happy with this skirt for many reasons which can't be seen in the photos. They include the excellent overall quality of the shirt. Multiple colors in the paisley print complement many colors of tops and is outstanding with my navy cardigan. The mini stripe fabric inside the waistband and pockets is cute enough to make me smile. The fit is exactly as I had hoped after reading the reviews. I am 5' 3" and 140 pounds. I ordered the 10 regular because the petite was sold out. The hem falls right at the bottom of my kneecap. The waist and hips are a little loose but comfortable. I haven't washed it yet, but indend to dry it in the dryer. This skirt with my L.L.Bean boots is my favorite new winter outfit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by mom2neal Nice color, material but bunches up in front
The corduroy material is very soft, and I love the paisley pattern and color. The main problem is fit. I am 5'4'' and about 140 lbs. I got the petite size 8 since I wanted it to be a bit shorter than below the knee. So it hits right above the kneecap now. The problem is that when I walk the front bunches up so I am pulling it down to straighten all the time. Today is my first time wearing, I am not sure if I will return it or not.

This is a really cute and comfortable casual skirt. It can be worn with lots of different colors including the berry pink and flag blue knit shirts sold by Bean. It looks good with penny loafers or tall boots, whatever the weather calls for. The price is reasonable, too. Get one before they're gone!

I prefer the styling of the Saturday Cord skirt more so than the Bayside Skirt that I tried. I am 5'4" tall #right between petites and average sizes# and weight 130 pounds. I usually wear a size 8 average in the corduroy pants #that I adore#, but found that size to be too long and slightly larger in the waist. I LOVE BEAN'S CORDS so I am going to try a petite size 8 which is 1.5 inches shorter #chatted with customer service#. I do hope that the petite size feels a little better as I love the corduroy fabrics that Bean uses in all of their products.

I bought this skirt in the Loden Green color. It is a dark olive tone and will go with a lot of colors.I am 5'5"-150# and the 10P is perfect.I am curvy through the hip area,so it hugs my curves without being tight. It falls right at the knee which is just where I like my fall/winter skirts to hit.The regular length would have been too long and matronly looking. It looks great with tights, loafers or flats and a turtleneck sweater. It is more of a casual style skirt and a great look when you want to be a bit more polished than jeans.I like it so much that I am going to buy another in Charcoal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by trainknitter Really nice, but the 4P is really HUGE
It's well-made and the material is high-quality. According to the size chart, I should be a 4P. But, this skirt swims on me. I thought I had been sent a 6P or maybe even an 8P by mistake but no, it's just big. I laid it out on top of 3 other 4P skirts that I own from different manufacturers, and it was 1" wider at the top and 1" wider at the hips, meaning it's 2" larger than it should be. I also checked it against an old favorite twill skirt from LL Bean that is probably 5 years old, and it was equally large against that. And that skirt is surely stretched out. It's disappointing that LL Bean has fallen into vanity sizing. If LLBean is going to use such strange sizing, it should give the garment measurements so that those of us who are used to standard sizing will know not to bother.
5 stars for quality and 1 star for sizing.

I ordered the chocolate brown corduroy skirt, and it is a great fit, well-tailored, and very versatile. I'm a size 8, 5' 4 1/2", 135 lbs. I was concerned the 8 would be too tight as LLB waists tend to run a size small on me, but in this skirt both the waist and the hips fit great. The skirt falls just above the knee, which is my preference. It is a slimming skirt, cute as can be, and with tights and a sweater, perfect for the cooler weather. It arrived within 3 days (I live on the west coast), so LLB's customer service is excellent, as usual. Could not be more pleased with this purchase!

Rated 2 out of 5 by TallyBeanFan Beautiful skirt, but oddly cut
I ordered this skirt in a 12P, thinking the cut seemed similar to the Andover skirt that I love and that fits me well, and I intended to wear it with tights and flats. I am 5'6" and a size 12 overall, but I ordered the 12P since L.L. Bean's skirts tend to run a bit large, and I wanted it to hit above the knee. The blue paisley fabric is gorgeous for fall, and the corduroy is silky soft. Unfortunately, this skirt is not cut like the Andover. While it fit great in the waist and the length was perfect, there was way too much extra material the bunched up in the tummy area below the waistband. Not flattering at all. I don't know if this was because the skirt is not lined, but since a smaller size would result in a too tight waist, I reluctantly returned it. I recommend it with reservations due to the odd cut and sizing. If you can get it to fit, it is a great quality skirt.
