Rated 4 out of 5�by GummyBearFigure Great dress for a great body This is a beautiful dress, and I'm keeping it, but I have a little bit of a tummy, and it is very unflattering in this dress. So, I am going to cut off the upper part of the dress above the waistband and make it into a terrific skirt. I tried it on before realizing that there is a side zipper, (duh) which would have made entry a lot easier. That zipper will be PERFECT in my new fab skirt! April 25, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5�by MCR1 great dress...but not for me The dress is stylish and well made but it didn't fit me well. I ordered a size 2 which was too tight across the bust to be flattering but was still a size too big in the waist. Because it has a side zip, I can't take it in because the alterations would be lopsided. I am also pretty tall so the "waist" was too high, which contributed to it being too big, although that is a common problem for me so I would not say the construction of this dress is unusual. Rated 5 out of 5�by TennisAllDay It fits! Yay! I am smaller on top than bottom - fits nicely - 16P. The pleat in front is deep and becomes A-Line. Substantial fabric has nice drape. Side zip is nice feature. Color is more muted, has less contrast than it appears. Bodice ends about 3" above my natural waist line. This is a silhouette that should be flattering on most figures. Not real generous in the bustline, but works for me. March 24, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5�by LimeRickie Nice Dress, Runs Large Using the size guide, I ordered both a 4 and a 6 to try. The 4 was far too large, everywhere. Even if the dress is meant to skim the body rather than be fitted, it was just too large (and therefore unflattering). So I am going to try a 2, but I am not really a 2 (even in my wildest dreams)! The dress itself is very chic. A great print that looks just like the picture, nice weight fabric, well sewn. The seams are nicely done and the dress is nicely put together. The price isn't cheap, but the dress itself looks expensive in an understated way. With sandals and some great jewelry it could be a terrific summer staple. Also, fantastic to take on vacation to a resort or to Europe. I hope the 2 fits! This is my first Signature purchase; I thought the clothes ran smaller than regular LL Bean. Maybe this was just a fluke? March 23, 2012
