I just bought the black top of this tankini and it fits well. It's cute and not matronly (sometimes the case with LL Bean). The fit is snug on top (very secure feeling) and loose around the waist without looking baggy. Haven't used it yet, but looking forward to it!

I purchased this top and the skirted bottom both in glacier blue. I love the color and the fit. The top covers enough that I feel nothing will "fall out". The cross straps are attractive and help keep everything in place. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I ordered the Glacier Blue Dot and am thrilled with the fit! I was not able to try this on at my local store, but tried on the BeanSport Scoopneck top for size. The styles are different, but the sizing is similar. I have not worn this swimming, yet, but I feel like the v-neck is pretty full-coverage (which is exactly what I was looking for). I am a 5'-5" apple shape and this style flatters my broad shoulders better than the Scoopneck and takes some of the focus off my stomach area (it's a looser fit in the tummy than many other brands...perfect for me)! Also, I ordered the Beansport Lined Swimwear Short in Brilliant Blue and it matches perfectly!

I never shopped @ LL Bean on-line before and ordered this suit in a black one piece. I was confused with the size and utilized the on-line chat for help. I initially ordered a size 6, received it (too small) and sent it back. I then tried a size 8 and it fit but wasn't at all flattering (to me) and returned it. I liked the durability of the material and the suit itself, just not on me. So, I went ahead and ordered both pieces in tankini form and love it! For me, it really just took adding that break in the middle and I felt much more comfortable. The return/exchange/re-purchase was quick and hassle-free, will definitely order on-line again!

I bought the bottom and top -- they look nice on and are very slimming. The skirt sits at your waist which is great -- hides those rolls. I like the crossed straps at the back of the top. The only problem I had is that when it gets wet it grows a few sizes and feels a bit sloppy. Perhaps I should have purchased a smaller size. Wish they had better shape retention with a liner that perhaps is more mesh like (with tummy control) so that it dries quicker.

I am 5'4", 130 lbs, 36" bust, 27" waist. This top fist perfectly. Some of the other tankinis I have tried are too baggy around the waist. Material and quality are very nice. Wish they had more variety of patterns.

Paired with the Summer Harbor skirted bottom, this is one of the best swim suits I have ever owned. The pieces are beautifully constructed of soft, touchable fabric with remarkable stretch and vibrant color. The fit is perfect.

This tankini is fun, comfortable and very flattering. I plan to buy another color before summer. Runs true to size. Quality material. The top looks great with regular bottom.
