I am not a small woman. I wear a 40DD bra. I've looked everywhere for a swimsuit that supports, yet doesn't make me look like I'm wearing a sausage casing. This top is great. The bra is good even for my size, but the bottom part of the tank isn't skin tight. Yet, it works when I swim - staying nicely in place. I bought one color combo and liked it so much I bought the other two. I also bought the matching swim shorts. Good Job, LLBEAN!

I was very disappointed that the bright pink color I ordered had turned greyish pink after only 4-5 times in a chlorine pool. And it faded unevenly, so the lower part that was in the water more is a completely different color than the tops of the straps.
My other issue is that the cups are very large so it gives very little support if you're not that big up top.

I live on a lake and the shorts give the greatest comfort but I have a hard time finding swim shorts.These shorts have a lining that is to small need to be longer and top cup is to large. Had 2 sizes and had problem with each.

At least a full size too big, tops and bottoms. Otherwise WAY nice quality, nicely finished seams, good color and material.

I wanted swim separates for vacation and days at the lake, because it's easier to manage on trips to the restroom. I wanted more than a fashion suit, that would work for lap and open water swims as well. I chose this top for the support, and paired it with conventional swim bottoms, rather than the shorts. It definitely has decent support on top, while the lower half skims the body in a flattering way without clinging. Not only is it fully lined in front, but the built in shelf bra has a little extra 'modesty' coverage in front. Not molded cups, and not enough padding to add bulk. This surprised me, but I think it was well done. I'm normally a C cup, and usually wear a medium to large in tops. I ordered the medium, and the fit was right. I'm not sure how much jogging mileage I would do in this top, but it's nice to have enough support to play in the surf, run around with the kids, etc. I do like the sporty colorblocked look, but wouldn't mind finding it in some interesting prints for next year - maybe a floral or brocade - and maybe some enhancements to the line for the bottom half. How about offering a slip-on skirt to wear over a conventional swim bottom? There's a lot of potential here for functional but feminine, for athletic types.

Having had swimming pools and living near ocean or lakes in various places for the last forty years, I know bathing suits. In late spring, summer, and early fall, I live in them, and this one has to be the most comfortable suit I've ever purchased. The length of the shorts is modest enough for a walk down the beach, and the top allows for freedom of movement for a great exercising swim. I'm wearing it now and it feels better than wearing my pajamas. I've ordered three of them and I just might order more, thinking of sending some of my old ones off to Goodwill... as this suit makes the thought of wearing any other type swimsuit unthinkable. Color and style are slimming. I'm not sure it provides enough support for jogging for well-endowed types, but otherwise it's a comfortable suit and I highly recommend it.

This top is non supportive but more than that, it is much too short. I also purchased the matching shorts which I have separately reviewed. They don't "work" together...appearance is balloony and boxy. Swimwear purchase is not a good experience in general for me but these pieces make it even more painful. If you are a size 4, MAYBE.

I am a plus size woman and I use this for my bathing suit. I love how I can wear it to swim in and then leave it on and use it as a tank and short outfit. It is extremely comfortable and I feel AMAZING in it. I bought the blue one last year and the pink one this year!!!!!
