Rated 3 out of 5áby JoanWB Longer than previous purchase
I just received a Maritime Blue pair and find that the length is about an inch or so longer than the identical pants in Navy which I purchased in September 2014. I love them apart from the length and will live with them being a little too long. Just be forewarned.

I am 5'3" and 118 lbs, the regular XS fits me perfectly. They were a touch long but shrunk in length because I dried them. Others have said the fabric is too thin, but for me it's a great weight. They're very comfortable, fit slightly low on the waist and wash very nicely. Remember the shrinkage if you dry! I am buying my second pair, but I do think they are a little overpriced. Also, LOVE the pockets!
Only gave 4 stars because these are NOT straight legged, as stated, and I was very disappointed when they arrived.
Would love these changes...
1. Take the bell out! These should be slightly narrower from the knee down. Just a little.
2. Offer in a darker gray, black.
3. Lower the price
Thank you for creating a well made product that lasts a long time. Mine are a few years old with no wear showing and I wear them a lot

Rated 5 out of 5áby doglover14850 Perfect for me!
I've been hoping to find sweatpants that 1) have pockets and
2) come in Petite length and I was thrilled to find these. They are more pricey than I wanted to pay but I splurged and got 2 pair because I'm replacing two similar ones from a competitor that I've worn for probably 8 years now until they are falling apart. I've been looking everywhere for some similar ones and couldn't find anything close until I got these.
The Ultra Sweats are soft &substantial and really well made so I hope they last as long as my old ones have. Unlike ordinary sweats , these are lined with French Terry which definitely makes them feel different and they last a lot longer.
I also bought the shorts and those are very comfortable & I love the large pockets, too.
I'm a size 10 ( 135 lbs and 5 ft 2) and I got the Small Petite.
I wish these came in Black

Rated 5 out of 5áby dellwooddaisy soft and comfortable
Bought these just before surgery on my leg. Unlike my jeans or stretch pants, these pants didn't rub on the bandage or feel tight on my legs. It's been almost 2 months now of regular wear and washing and the pants are still soft and holding up well. Love the pockets which are deep enough for my phone and other necessary items.

Rated 5 out of 5áby frenchteacher super soft and comfy
I LOVE these pants. I have four pairs and wear them casually to the grocery store, yoga, walking, or just around the house. I like the slight flare to the legs. They do not look like athletic/gym sweatpants. Plus, they have roomy pockets to hold my phone, keys, etc. My newest pair is the olive; they look great with the coral jacket that was offered at the sale price. I wish the pants were available in BLACK. I would order multiple pairs. Please consider offering black; you can't have too many black pants.

Rated 1 out of 5áby FairPoint Terrible Cut for Curvy Women
I bought these in the plus size, which is probably the main problem. Bean, you cannot take something that is cut for a boyish size 2, and just scale it up to the plus sizes.
The waist is so wide that the pants would just fall off without the drawstring. But the wide, loose elastic makes it impossible to pull the drawstring tight enough. With the very high rise, the crotch falls halfway to my knees, and then the legs are too long as well.
Although it felt thin at first, the fabric is actually very nice -- soft and warmer than it looked. And the matching jacket is excellent, which makes the fail on the pants so annoying. I will probably cut off the existing elastic and sew in my own. There is plenty of room for it!

Rated 3 out of 5áby LuvToWander Ok-but no go
They are well made, but as noted in other reviews, the fabric is soft but on the thin side. It is more stretchy than I would prefer and I agree that it will stretch out more than desired with wearing and washing. I got a pair in the navy, but out of the package, the color looks faded and washed out. I fear more washings will only make it worse. I'm finding navy blue in the cotton knits do not hold their color well at all. It went back.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Jensen Great for Travel
The fabric of ultrasoft sweats is thinner than some other sweats but that wakes them great for travel. I am at an age when all my future travel will be to a warm climate and include a beach but I still want a comfortable and somewhat stylish garment to take with me. These ultrasoft sweats have turned out to be the perfect item for travel because they are not made with a heavy fabric that adds weight to my suitcase. I currently have 4 sets and plan to purchase more.

Rated 1 out of 5áby IhasBean Very disappointed
I have several pairs of Bean french terry sweatpants from a few years ago and was looking to replace them, but certainly not with these. I am so disappointed... these really should not be called sweats as the fabric is very thin and not at all warm. They will probably function better as a yoga pant as they are extremely stretchy. I would return them, but honestly, it's just too much trouble. I will be looking elsewhere to find what I really want. I'm sorry to say, but Bean has let be down several times lately with what I perceive to be a general decline in quality.

Rated 3 out of 5áby Harpy Will stretch over time
The fabric used in these sweats is very soft, warm, and comfortable. When I first put them on, the fit was perfect, too. However, after only a few months of wear, they have stretched considerably in length. The fit in the waist and hips remains good, but they have become so long that I now have to roll them up twice to avoid tripping over them.
