I tried it this morning on oatmeal and I don't think I'll ever eat oatmeal without maple syrup again!! This 100% pure maple syrup is the best I've ever had and I will probably order another bottle at regular price just so I'll have some when my first bottle runs out. Can't wait to try it on pancakes and waffles. Not too sweet, not too thick, just perfect in every way!!! October 10, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5�by warmandhappy Mmmmm...it is good! Maple surup is a very personal thing...some like the dark amber, some like medium amber and there are connoisseurs who prefer light amber. The Maine Maple Syrup is a medium amber and is a good all around syrup. The flavor tastes very good to me, but I prefer a thicker consistancy so that the syrup would lay on my pancakes instead of soaking in too quickly. I still like this maple syrup for its flavor. I figured we couldn't go wrong with all the great reviews. We found that it really soaked into the pancakes making them soggy and I use very little syrup anyway. It had OK flavor and we liked that it wasn't quite as sweet as the normal store bought "maple syrup" but certianly isn't for us. January 27, 2011

Recently, we bought a Belgium waffle maker..works great..kinda forgot about it until we ordered the syrup. Delicious! Who knew? It is worth the price just to experience the wonderful flavor.
