I bought these for my husband, and they are truly the best fitting jeans he owns...and he LOVES them. I bought the gold and light denim and they hold their color and shape and after washing, and do not sag on the butt (in fact it fits perfectly there! :-) The button fly is not a problem for him, in fact he now prefers it. I wish these were available in black. Please LLBEAN, restock these jeans!!!

These look like great jeans with a good fit at a fair price.
The one big problem for me is the button fly.
Please consider offering the same jeans with a zipper fly.

My husband didn't like these because he felt that they were constantly slipping down due to not having a "waist". He had to cinch his belt but it didn't make them fit right like his other jeans. Otherwise, nice denim and wash.

I have a hard time finding a pair of jeans that actually fit and look good. These jeans fit perfect and I love the way they look and feel on me. I love button fly jeans, but other brands of button fly jeans don't have the slimming effect, that these do, and tend look baggy on me. Not these!! I love everything about them!! I'll definately buy another pair.

I own two pairs of the raw indigo's and a pair of the washed. The raw's are AMAZING, my 1..5 year old pair have broken in and faded wonderfully, there is some great whiskering on the front and honey combing behind the knees. The trick is to wait months to wash them and then was them infrequently from there on out.
These jeans are a great alternative to some of the more expensive brands for some one looking into getting into the wonderful world of raw denim.

No issues with the jeans BUT they are button fly (not zipper) - if your teenager does not like button fly, do not order these jeans. I'm disappointed that the description did not mention this fact.

So I have a hard time finding jeans that fit really well are slim and slimming and are well made. These jeans fit the bill. I don't regularly write reviews about clothes I buy, but these are truly the perfect jeans. I have the raw indigo ones. They are awesome and plan to buy more. Best cut of jeans I've ever worn. I'm so happy. I always have an impossible time finding a great straight leg, low-rise jean that fits me properly. Not 'skinny jeans', just a nice, comfortably hugging fit. It's like they were tailored just for me. Can't praise them enough, so I'll just stop. I'm off to buy three more pairs.

These are the best pairs of jeans I have ever owned. I have purchased 5 pairs of these because the fit and the quality is just incredible. Sure they stretch, but all denim does - most guides tell you to size down - the slim legs and the rise are just perfect. They are tight at first, then eventually mold to your body. I truly hope LL Bean comes out with more rinses and washes - I'd buy them all. I cannot recommend these enough. The Marsh Browns are a great color and work with anything - you won't see many people wearing those color jeans. As previous reviewers have mentioned - the Raw Indigo comes a bit slimmer and has less give - but eventually molds to fit like all raw denim. Buy these - just do it.

Bought a pair of the raw indigo. I'm 6'3, bought the 36x36. They're slim fit without being skinny. The best part of these indigo versions is that you wear them forever without washing and they conform to you like you wouldn't believe. Wash them inside out, but wear them forever before you do.
I liked them so much I bought a second pair exactly the same.
