The fabric of this shirt is light-weight and a synthetic material..I am not big on synthetic as I do love real cotton..
Good for many uses..I chose pale blue in a size medium.. a useful neat shirt for many uses..Nicely shaped as well to the body..L.L.Bean comes through again

I was excited when I saw this. Was looking to replace one of my favorite 1/4 zip LLBean shirts... the fabric looked about right (a little stiffer) and the color was great, but it is WAY too tight on my hips. No way I could go up a size because the sleeves were already too long for my 61" height. Definitely going back

I got this shirt a few weeks ago and it's quickly become one of my favorites for my daily bike to work. The fabric is comfortable and sizing is true (I'm a 36 and the medium fits just right).
My only complaint is that the zipper on the back pocket is vertical, so sometimes the zipper kind of stiff and funny feeling on the back if you're not cycling. I love that it has a back pocket, I just wish the zipper was horizontal instead of vertical.

Bought this for my niece who runs X-country. She loved the bright neon yellow for safety. Followed the size chart and it fit her perfectly. She is normally a Small and I bought a Medium according to the chart.

I wanted an spf 50 shirt for riding horses (not bicycles) that was also not hot in the summer. I wore this last weekend in 80 degree weather and it was very comfortable. I think llbean has some funky colors and wish this shirt came in less flourescent options, but I still like it and recommend the quality and fit.

Great fit. Nice length. Like the side pocket but as a cycling jersey miss the back pockets, but have worn it under my cycling shirt so have the best of both worlds. The bright yellow color is perfect so I can be seen when riding or walking. Am able to wear a fleece pullover under the jersey without it looking too tight or feeling tight.
Washes well.

I bought the high visibility yellow and it is great. I went with a size larger than the short sleeved cycling jersey I got from LLBean because of other reviews. I am glad I did go bigger on this one-fits great--enough room to put a thin layer under for cold weather riding.
