After leaving the dress up world of corporate life I was able to live a simpler life in simple clothing. After trying several brands of jeans I found Beans Relaxed Fit and will not wear anything else. Way too comfortable and every pair fits like the last.

These jeans have been good. Many relaxed fit jeans are just baggy, too big to look good these days. These are different, fuller than a straight fit, but not baggy. I'm 6'3", 200, I got 35x34. Pretty much true to size. Maybe a tad short, but not by much, maybe 1/4 inch.

I am a huge L.L. Bean fan and buy most of my clothing from them. Lifetime warranty with style simply can't be beat.
Anyway, I purchased a few pairs of jeans from them recently and was unimpressed with this one. While this does indeed say "Relaxed Fit" as opposed to the "Slim Fit" jeans, these are simply unattractive. The slope around the back is far too gradual, as can kind of be seen in the picture (his pose makes it look otherwise). The material is great and the quality seems also to be top notch, but they aren't worth the money to me if they're not going to do much for the outfit.
Happy Trails.

LL Bean Jeans are the only kind I wear now... and these are the most comfortable jeans I've ever bought from them.
I think they are worth the extra cost. I plan to keep washing them in COLD with LOW setting on the dryer, hopefully they won't shrink.
Great jeans, a bit pricey, but I plan to buy more...

Rated 5 out of 5 by mreca size 40 that fits
I always have to purchase size 42 in waste to fit my seat and thighs but the 42 waste is too big. This 40 inch relaxed was perfect after years of searching.
