These are comfortable and cozy pyjamas for spring, cool summer and fall nights. Nicely tailored. Tall size gives lots of leg and arm length. Well worth the money.

Great detail, soft, substantial fabric and a roomy fit make these PJ's outstanding. I would not normally spend $50+ on pajamas, but I think these are worth it.

First of all the mystery of what "pima/ cotton oxford" means needs to be addressed. On the outside you have an oxford type cotton fabric. (If you have your pajamas ironed I think you could get away with wearing the top as some kind of avant garde business attire.) On the inside, is a soft pima brushed cotton which makes for very comfy wearing. As one of the other reviews notes, this does not make for an especially light weight garment. Not as heavy/warm as flannel, but noticeably heavier than traditional cotton pajamas.
I'm a standard sized person, i.e., off the rack stuff works for me most of the time and I didn't have any of the size issues mentioned in other reviews.
These pajamas are very well made with high quality material and so I expect that they will last me for years.
In addition to an elastic waist there is a draw string ... which serves no function except in a style sense. The monogram was literally smaller than a small postage stamp which makes adding your initials pointless.

Durable, yes - but this is no "soft and comfortable" fabric. Still, being the curious sort, I've put this through multiple washes, using fabric softener, but the thing is still... shall we say, "rugged"? I expect it'll last 10 years, but it will never be a favorite. On the other hand, I also ordered LL Bean's winter cotton PJ's (206185). Now _those_ are soft and comfortable - but for winter only.

The cloth of this pajamas is 100% cotton and is soft and comfortable. The stitching and quality are also very good. However, the sleepwear that I ordered Small in size is huge and the bottom is some 3 inches longer than needed. Since it is a hassle to return the item, I am keeping it for my husband hoping that after washing it in hot water and drying in dryer, it will shrink to fit him. I have found that all clothing by LLBean are too big in general, even shirts that are trim. The company should get its sizes from Europe and compare. The sleepwear at $59 should be perfect in all aspects.

The fabric for these PJs is rather nice...they remind me of sets I've purchased elsewhere. Nice weight, great construction and warm and cozy. I only give it 4 stars because the pants are really large on me as I'm in between a small/medium and there's 3-4 inches too long in the medium and that's a lot. I would have ordered a small, but the pant waist would be too small. Long and short, these PJs are a bargain and would cost twice as much anywhere else.

I probably should have known from the cloth. Don't think I could sleep comfortably in them. ( I'm in florida.) They do appear well made. They're big. I returned them.
