Rated 5 out of 5�by Jericho Practical and attractive We bought this bench for our newly renovated kitchen as it fits perfectly beneath a window next to the back door. It is well made, was easy to assemble and looks very nice. The rush top matches the seats of our LLBean kitchen table & chairs. We wish Bean's sold baskets to fit in each of the three cubbies as we're haven't found baskets which fit in the two small cubbies. We are putting dog leashes in one small cubbie, hats/gloves in a basket in the big one. Practical and attractive! April 30, 2013

I don't usually purchase furniture without looking at it in person first. However I trusted the L.L. Bean reputation and went ahead anyway and am glad I did. Very nice quality! January 12, 2013

It was very easy to put together, I did it myself. The size is perfect, as is the great neutral color. The rush seat is nicely put together and anyone should like this piece for there home. When we remodled our family room (which I waited years to do) I wanted a mudroom bench to store my husbands hats,gloves, boots etc. I was so happy to find just what I wanted at LLbean, the bench was the right color and size, I was surprized at how easy it was to put together and how sturdy it is built. We also bought the Hutch, which is very well made. My husband is also happy because he now has a place to sit and take off his shoes instead of hopping on one foot. Thank you! August 24, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5�by Detch Good, solid, not easy Love the bench, excellent space for work shoes and gloves underneath in cubbies. Not too bad to assemble but not easy. Corner braces are held by bolts that are at a very difficult for insertion and tightening. Particularly the front, top corners. Better instructions would help also. But now it is up and solid and a great spot to change shoes, boots, etc. April 5, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5�by Coppelia Looks nice, hard to put together Good quality for the price, but quite difficult to fasten the bench top to the bottom pieces - the angles make it very hard to access the inside corners and the screws do not go in well at all. It will be fine as long as noone picks up the bench from the top piece! With that reservation I am glad that I purchased it although I would have expected it to work easier. February 29, 2012

I was able to assemble the item myself with no extra hands even though the directions stated that another person was helpful. The bench is very solid and of superior quality. Best of all......it fits perfectly and matches everything in my mudroom. Would highly recommend it to anyone. January 25, 2012
