I bought the pink one, and the color is pretty similar to what it seems on the page.
It's pretty easy to handle and has enough space to carry your luch.
Excellent choice if you don't carry many food.

I've been buying these lunchboxes for years since they hold so well due to their sturdy construction and roomy, rectangular design. There used to be reinforced stitching in the inside lining that kept it standing up and easy to pack. No longer! The box is now smaller, holds less and doesn't keep its rectangular shape due to the lack of reinforced seams in the inside lining. I'm SO disappointed and will returning the two I bought immediately. No more LLBean lunch boxes for this family!

This is a great tote to keep my lunch cold until lunch time. The inside mesh pocket is great for an ice pack and the outside pocket is perfect for napkins and plastic utensils. So far it's been perfect for me! And I'm not a kid, lol, but I got the Dolphins and got my nick name on it so no one can mistake it for theirs! Love, love, love anything LLBean!!

This was smaller than expected so I can not get all my work stuff in it with my lunch.The side pocket is not very big.Okay for a snack and small lunch.If you take containers you need to carry it side ways not using handles.Not wide enough for most containers.It is serving the purpose for now but I will not buy another.I need one abit larger.It is cute and I like the material.

We have several of these lunch bags, thay have held up very well and area great size well insulated and easy to clean. There is a mesh area inside attached to the top to hold a reusable ice pack and the outside pocket works great for napkins and cutlery. I picked up a spare one for the future just in case one gets lost.

This lunchbox lasted our older son his entire grade school career. The only reason we retired it was that it was really dirty from all the years of use.
Last year we ordered lunchboxes from another catalogue company just because we really liked the patterns. They didn't even hold up a full school year.
We're back to this lunchbox and it's roomy, durable and all of the things that we've come to expect from all of L.L. Beans school bags and accessories.

We bought this for our kindergartener this Fall, and so far, so good. He's environmentally sensitive, so we pack his lunch in pseudo bento boxes and they fit nicely in this bag. We can even fit in one of the kid's camelback bottles we've purchased from LLBean and love. The outside pouch probably works great for other things, but we pack his afternoon snack in there to keep it separted from his lunch. It seems to even prevent most leaking if he doesn't close back up his water bottle. :)

This lunch box didn't last a school year before the handle came unstitched. It also says that it is water and spill resistant and it's not. It absorbs everything and I have tried cleaning it but they are just disgusting. They are going back.

Bag is used by my 4 year old boy in preschool. Fits into his kindergarten sized backpack and takes up about half of the large pocket space. This is larger than kids lunch boxes found at superstores and the zippers are a bigger, thicker metal. Largest opening has two zippers which could be helpful if one did happen to break off or got crimped... yes, that's what happened to our last non-L.L.Bean box. Opens completely, fits plastic storage containers, ice packs, and 12oz metal water bottle. Can also accommodate 18 oz. metal or 20 oz. disposable plastic water bottles. Interior plastic lining is very thick, no visible stitching holes at the corner seams, easy to clean. Outer material seems to be a rugged nylon. Got the blue lunch box with shark... blue color is like a navy with some turquoise in it. Monogram looks nice, matches grey color of shark the letters are 1/2 inch tall. Only initials are offered, so no entire first name monograms on this item.

I've bought several of these for the students and office workers in the family. They're durable and conveniently sized. One of them survived unscathed from several "accidental" drops down flights of school house stairs.
