I have a Morton's neuroma which means I need footware that is structured and really well padded. I've been wearing these slippers for several years (buying at least a dozen pair), they were very well cushioned and gave my foot relief and comfort. NOT ANYMORE. I don't know why they've changed this product, perhaps to save money, but the bed of the slipper is no longer highly padded. In fact, there is barely any cushion at all. The heel is padded but the footbed is not. I am so disappointed in LL Bean and am now on the hunt for a slipper that will work for me. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Having ordered, and been very happy, with LLBean shoes in medium width, I ordered these slippers (in medium). The fit is much more narrow than that in shoes! They also seem a bit shorter in length. I'm hoping they will stretch out a bit. Right now, they are very tight...even barefoot! Silly me- I threw out the packing slip and mailing bag before even trying them. :( The quality is certainly there, the fit is just off (for me).

The color was pretty. But the top of the shoe was very tight. The sole on the bottom felt similar to the craft foam material you buy for kids crafts. It also had a slight heel which was uncomfortable. Will be returning.

I've purchased many pairs of these slippers in the past. All fit perfectly. This time the top of the slipper was way too snug so that my foot could not go all the way in and my heel was hanging over the edge. They are going back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Busymama2three Foot opening very small
The fit of these is very poor. The opening where your foot slides in is tight. The foam cushion has a creepy, squeuchy feel to it. It feels like your foot is directly on the foam even though there is a fabric layer there. The quality is poor, I don't see these lasting very long. The bottoms are VERY stiff and hard and you can feel it through the thin foam layer.

So far I have had 2 pairs of these slippers, and I'm planning on buying a 3rd. I have a lot of problems with my feet, one of the nice things about getting home is sipping my tired feet into a pair of these! They are so light & cushioning.
I've noticed that many people mentioned that their new replacement pair are too small. My advice; keep trying to wear them!
I had the same experience, but because I live in Europe it would have cost more than it's worth to send them back. With my second pair they felt so tight on my long skinny feet. I persevered, and now my feet are swimming in them! (A good thing.)
Note: I wear my slippers all year round, with added towelling innersoles, and in the winter thick socks too.

This is my 2nd pair... I love a slip-on & these are warm & very comfortable. I looked at others & decided to get a 2nd pair of what I had. I got LOTS of good wear out of my 1st pair!
