I bought his and did not like it. It looks too boxy and not feminine.

I was in the Mansfield, MA store and purchased both the Grey Stewart and Navy Tartan flannel shirts a couple of weeks ago. Well, its still cold here in the Northeast and they have both become my go-to weekend shirts. My husband loved them on me and then went out and got himself the Men's Grey Stewart (but we don't wear them at the same time!). So comfortable and warm and paired with a down vest, boots and jeans - its perfect. Wore them on Casual Friday to work as well. Great shirt - will purchase the Red Flannel in the Fall when they have my size again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by NoGaMtn Comfortable Shirt - Should Be Better Made
I have worn and washed this shirt several times this Winter and am very pleased with the comfort and easy care. But, I would never buy another plaid shirt from LL Bean ... the plaids on this shirt almost match on one side and miss totally on the other. If I keep my arms at my sides no one will note the poor quality; however, I know and do not wear this shirt outside my home. I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Krayong Comfortable, but VERY relaxed fit
This soft flannel shirt is very comfortable! My size varies between PS and PM so I went with the PM in case it shrank any in the laundry; it didn't. It is quite relaxed and generously sized. I'm not sure if the PS would have been right either. I think I would have been happier with the "fitted" version as it wouldn't have been quite as casual.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Asherella The Best!
This flannel shirt is probably the best I have ever worn. The quality of the material is fantastic, and it is so soft! The length and relaxed fit are just right for me to wear it with skinny jeans or leggings. A truly wonderful, warm flannel shirt!

The L.L.Bean Scotch Plaid Shirt feels so warm, and looks so good. It's a real classic!

Rated 4 out of 5 by coldincalif Plaids don't match but you cannot tell
The color is Grey Stewart and you cannot tell that the plaids don't match. It is a nice heavy flannel shirt and if you dislike plaids that don't match, well you cannot easily tell w/this particular shirt. My size is an XL regular in the relaxed fit. I've bought the petite sizing in these shirts and they are a bit too small and short for for me.
I really hope that L.L. Bean realizes that the plaids not matching is a big issue for many people and it is particularly annoying with any of the lighter colored flannel shirts that have white in them. I'd avoid them altogether as this flaw in workmanship just jumps out at you and it looks horrible and cheap. The price being charged for one of these shirts is a lot and the quality doesn't warrant this price for the quality one expects from L.L. Bean.

Love this material, super weight 'like in the old days'! Color is what I needed. Have others in this material also.

Rated 4 out of 5 by coldincalif Black watch shirt
Bought another one of these flannel shirts in Black Watch. The color is good and hides the fact that the plaids do not line up properly due to its dark colors.
I bought this in a size 1X being I know that these shirts do shrink a bit and it works well as a shirt jacket sort of an item. It would be considered too large for many, but for myself, I like having the extra fabric and the overall look this gives.
Hope to buy more of these in the future, especially IF the plaids match up to a point.
Great flannel cloth from Portugal is very nice indeed! Warm and heavy is what one needs these days in the cold/wet pacific northwest.

Got this for my wife and she totally loved it. Fits perfectly. My wife is more endowed on top than any of LLBean models (I wish that a few more endowed would be mixed in) so I always have to take that into account when ordering.
