I can't wait for it to get cold enough to wear these new boots. They fit perfectly. So comfy. They are easy to pull on and off for quick trips and long mornings shoveling snow.

My boots are so comfy that I've been wearing them around the house. I like the ease of putting them on and taking them off without having to tie any laces. Right now they feel best without socks. Once the shearling gets crushed down, they will be perfect with socks. I'm so glad I bought them when I did because they only have a few sizes left now.

I had an old pair which I bought 30 years ago and needed a new pair because the wool inside was worn out. I loved my boots!
The new pair is as wonderful, comfortable and extremely warm with the wool shearling inside. They are also easy to take off. I am still wearing them during our cold month of March this year and I'm sure they will last for another 30 years!

The boot itself is easy on & off which is good if you have to take on & off kinda rapidly or repeatedly. However, the cold air goes right down the front of these boots; they do not grip your calf. I am not thrilled with them but they will do for the purpose of walking my beagle six times a night in the snow as long as there isn't a foot of snow.

After looking at boots similar to these at prices in the $50 range, I decided to "go for the gold". The boots are perfect. The right size, width and a nice snug fit with heavy socks, the kind we wear in Vermont winters. The quality is excellent, and best of all, they are made in America.

I love the bean boots shearling lounger!!! Perfect to just slip on and go. I even leave by my bed at night and use as house shoes. I didn't think I would like the color as well as my regular bean boots but I now like them best! Haven't worn my lace ups since getting the loungers. Also I wish I had gotten shearling in my regular bean boots. I'm gonna try the insoles but I predict I'll be buying a new pair of the lace up bb with shearling!

Rated 5 out of 5 by LoveMyBeanBootsYay AWESOME BOOTS
These boots are fantastic! It took 3 tries to get a pair that fit right though. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 Womens. I ordered a womens 11 M, they were really long, but perfect width. So I got a Womens 10M, and they were the perfect length, but way too narrow. I ended up with a Mens 9M and its perfect. Dont be afraid to try the mens med. width if you have narrow feet (as opposed to the Womens wide). Its worth trying a few pairs until you get the one you want - great boots!!!!! Also, customer service is AWESOME if you have questions on sizing and returns!

After reading other mixed reviews, I did buy this boot and I am so glad I did! I wear a size 8 and it fits perfectly--true to size for my feet. I can slip it on and off with ease and be ready to go without worrying about lacings. Fleece lining is comfortable and warm and no trouble getting in and out of the boot. I like the height of the boot as it stands snow, although not more than a 3-4 inches which is fine for our region. This boot may be "pricey" but the LL Bean quality is superb!

I was so excited for these boots. They are just lovely. Alas, however, the heel is ridiculously wide -- especially for a women's boot.
I wear a 9.5 and have a very narrow foot. I ordered a 10 in these boots and was pleased with the snug fit through the toe box and arch. They were very comfortable with a mid weight sock until I took a step. They slipped right off of my heel on the way up and took my sock with them creating that uncomfortable sock bunching under my heel on the way down. I couldn't even take the trash out in these boots without worrying they would slip right off along with my socks on the way. They are on their way back to Bean. Too bad, they sure are pretty.
