Good looking shirts before they were washed. After washing per instructions the sleeves shrank about 1.5 inches, too much for me. I like LL Bean and will continue shopping there but I'll have to be a little more cautious about buying in the future.

I enjoy wearing my salmon-colored seersucker checkered shirt.
If it were currently available in blue, I would buy one in that color, too.

I love these shirts. They're the all-round best shirts that I own -- comfortable and attractive, and they generally require no ironing at all. They're great for casual wear, or I can wear them with a suit and tie. If the shirt came in a white-on-white, I'd even wear it for my court appearances as an appellate lawyer.

The color aqua blue appears more blue on the web site than actual. The actual color is pale green. Not happy about that.
The quality appears good but the not happy that the website color misled me

Bought two shirts at the same time, this and the seersucker stripe. Both "traditional fit." So, why does the stripe fit just fine, but this one is more than an inch too short in the sleeves? One of the things LLB does well is standard size--stuff the same size always fits the same way. Bummer, too--I really liked the color.

Rated 5 out of 5áby EditorInSeattle Excellent Summer Weight Shirts
I now own four of Bean's LS Seersucker Shirts in various striped colors. I am 6' tall and 188lbs. The Tall-Large fits me well. Some buyers may feel the Tall shirt is too long, but I appreciate the longer tails as I hate shirts coming out of my pants when I bend over and am willing to live with cuffs 1/2 in. too long.
The shirts wash and iron well and are great to travel in. I wear them from March-September traveling out of Seattle. Bean has introduced some new colors this year so I will most likely add one or two more this spring.
Great LL Bean quality, as usual! So far, no wear or fraying on any of the shirts after almost a year in the wardrobe rotation.

I have owned a couple of these before, bought 7-8 years ago, lost all of my LL Bean cloths in a house fire. Ordered two more , they fit and are as good quality as the ones I bought before. Good fit and looks great, top notch .

My husband loves this shirt, they are the only shirts he wears during the hot humid summer in LA. Why don't you make these in dark colors, long sleeve for the winter wear, he cannot wear anything except cotton....

I really like the new windowpane pattern, and ordered a second one as soon as I wore the first one. Not the same old boring pattern. Good Job LL Bean!

Rated 5 out of 5áby LLBeanShopperDesMoinesIA Comfortable shirt for working in the greenhouse
My work has recently required me to work in a greenhouse part of most days, and at this time of year conditions are very hot and humid and very bright. The seersucker shirt is very good at maintaining its form and breathability and wicking away moisture while I am profusely dripping, and afterwards dries out faster while I continue to wear it during the periods of the work day when I am back in office conditions. Co-workers of mine prefer T-shirts in the greenhouse, but I prefer these shirts for both looks and comfort and function. I also need the strong shirt pocket for carrying my bunch of pens and notes. I now have three of these seersucker shirts from LLBean, all long-sleeve to protect my arms from getting sun-burned. So, although I still get hot under the bright lights of the greenhouse, these shirts have been serving me better than other shirts that I have.
