Toddlers' sizes feature zip handwarmer pockets and an updated tuck-away hood that zips into the collar when not needed and adjusts with a Velcro®-closure tab for coverage on stormy days. Imported. Rated 4 out of 5�by NrthwestMommy Top quality coat needs more info available. We live in Montana, just above Yellowstone and I LOVE L.L. Bean products, and this purchase is no exception. In this case, this coat needs better information to help decide which size to purchase. My son is 3 1/2 and I really needed some detailed measurements available for Toddlers. If I had been wise, I should have ordered BOTH the 3T and 4T, but time was important and I did not want to send one back. My son fits it perfectly today IF he does not have too big of a sweater on underneath. The sleeve length is very ample. His torso fits the jacket a tiny bit more snug and his shoulders will not let him grow much more this winter if it is going to fit him ALL winter long. The hood does not extend very far out front, so it will require a very warm knitted hat to give him warmth around his neck and head. To be honest, if you live in the colder climates, this is NOT the warmest jacket to purchase. This jacket would be fine for a coastal climate perhaps on the west coast if you layer under it. It is perfect for a wet climate. Just not for below zero temperatures, regardless of what the fabric may suggest. The quality is excellent, however. High quality fabric, neatly trimmed seams, a little reflective triangle on the lower back for walking at twilight, nice sleeve length, easy to get on and off with nice little pockets in front, good selection of colors, and all the things L.L. Bean pays attention to. I would have benefited from a more detailed size chart and a better warmth description for the cold, cold country we live in. December 20, 2012

I have been buying LL Bean snow suits for over 20 years for my grandchildren. My daughter in law's appreciate your good quailty and I am a happy Nana knowing they are warm and they look great! They let me know almost immediately through e-mail and asked me to call their 800 number to reenter my billing info. When I called, someone answered the phone on the first ring and asked how she could help me....I couldn't believe it. When we received the coat, I was impressed with the construction. The material is super heavy duty; the stitching is tight. I also liked where you can pull out a seem to extend the arm by an inch and a half to allow for growth spurts. Shipping was very fast. Glad we spent a few extra bucks to get a quality coat that we will pass on to his younger brother. December 5, 2012

I love the fact that there are grow sleeves and it keeps him really warm especially since it's starting to get frigid out. Plus he loves wearing it. Would definitely buy it again in the future. Rated 5 out of 5�by AMainerinMass Great Coat I ordered this Katahdin Parka for my 2 yr old son and have been very pleased so far. We got the "night sky" and the colors are great for a little boy. Although we haven't had any really frigid temps yet this coat seems like it will be plenty warm. My son is very sensitive to anything even remotely scratchy around his neck and this coat has such a nice liner that he doesn't mind putting it on. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.
