We bought this for our little 2.5 year old doughter to wear outside for daycare 'recess' twice a day during the chilly Minnesota winter. It kept her warm and snuggly and the teachers loved that it was one piece and she could easily put it on. Typically they were only outside if the wind chill was above 19 degrees, so it worked great for 35-20 degree weather. I never tried it lower than 20 degrees so I am not sure how much lower it would work, maybe another 5 degrees? She didn't get wet and it wasn't bulky so she could still play hard in it. I bought the size 3 as she is a little taller and it might just make it into next year once I let out the grow cuffs. I'd defininitely recommend it to other parents. And the pink was super cute!

My mom bought these for my 3 year old twins. I love this product. My kids have played in the snow, sledded, gone to the park, and walked to preschool in these snowsuits. The quality is excellent. My kids have always come inside dry and warm- even after the recent very wet foot of snow we had. They are easy to get on and off. After a winter's use, the suits look brand new. I plan to buy these again next year. Worth every penny!

I love this. The fit is great, she stays very warm and it is easy for her to put on. I just hope it will fit next year since they don't come bigger than 4t. The hood even has elastic and can be adjusted so it stays on.

I initially thought this item would work nicely for my 4-year-old--it's hard to find snowsuits for children this age, and I thought it would be much easier for him to dress and undress himself at pre-school with a one-piece garment rather than jacket and snowpants. I didn't realize until the first day I put it on him that there were no pockets. This seems like a major design flaw, as I see many lost mittens ahead if we continue to wear the snowsuit. I will likely be returning it and looking elsewhere; I urge L.L. Bean to add pockets when the snowsuit undergoes a re-design.

We purchased 4T for our 3 1/4 year old daughter. Very happy with fit and quality! She will stay out in our backyard and deck for a long time and never complain about being cold (20-30 degree range). Easy to put on and we will be buying another for our 1 year old when she is ready next year.

I bought this suit for my daughter, aged 10 mo last year in the 6-12 mo size. I chose it as she was walking and I wanted something that she could wear boots with and walk in. This suit exceeded my expectations. It was not only warm and snug, but it was easy to get on a squirmy toddler and she had great freedom of movement. Now to my shock and amazement, it still fits her! She is now 20 mo old, and by letting out the grow with me seams, she will likely get an entire 2nd winter out of it. It also washes beautifully, and looks like new. That is a huge value!

This is an excellent value. Just purchased for this winter and it appears very warm. My son loves it and it will be great for school as it is easy to get on & off. Wish it came in bigger sizes!!

I really love this snowsuit it is wonderful. But it needs to come in bigger sizes. My son is 3 and both of us love his, unfortunately I can't get one for my 6 year old. Please make these bigger, they are too great to end the sizing at 4T!

We had the older version of this snowsuit, which held up great and is ready for our younger child this year. It is nice because there are no waist gaps for snow or cold air to sneak in, and it's easy to put on quickly. We did find it necessary to add a fleece and/or vest under for enough warmth, but I'm not sure if that would be necessary with this newer version. We REALLY wish this were available in larger sizes - at least up to 6X-7. It's nice and quick for kids to put on themselves correctly!
