Rated 3 out of 5 by MDIMom good fit, comfortable, but not cotton
These are comfortable and fit well. I thought they were cotton because the description said "flannel". My 12 year old son likes them and says they are so soft. He likes the "Maine" images too.

These flannel PJ's keep my daughter warm without her over-heating and getting sweaty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by julieoh212 Very soft, very roomy and boxy
Bean always makes high quality clothing and this is no exception. Everything was as expected (soft, sturdy), except the sizing was big. I have a slim, size 10 daughter and the PJs SWAM on her. Not necessarily a problem, just a note.

Very soft and heavier than what you see in the other stores. I bought a pair last year for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves them.
Also, two piece button pajamas are hard to find and this is what she prefers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by aufamilyallin Nice pajamas, great fit
I ordered these with a different set for my son. He very much likes these due to the camouflage design, but doesn't like them as much as the other style I purchased. They fit him well and are fairly soft and definitely warm.

My son loves this flannel pj set. He said it is comfortable and warn.
Will update about how durable it is after many washes. With LLBean's guarantee, I believe all products are v durable and customer service is phenomenal.

LL Bean, PLEASE, when you label a product as "flannel" in the header line, I trust you and don't always read the fine print (from now I will). These jammies are NOT flannel, but are just polyester which I happen to despise. When I shop on LL Bean, I expect that when they headline a product as flannel, that it really will be flannel. And when I bought three sets of these for my three sons, they cost a small fortune and I was ok with that because I was so excited that my boys would get to experience the cozy softness of LL Bean flannel that I enjoy with my jammies. Now, my oldest won't even wear the shirt it's so hot. Obviously, shame on me for not reading the product description more carefully, that part is my fault, but LL Bean, it is so disappointing that you will make kids jammies out of icky polyster and then charge $40 a pop? That's ridiculous, I'm sorry. I have spent a small fortune this year with LL Bean with four of my five kids needing new outdoor gear like coats and boots and snowpants, and I can just see the quality degrading. The writing is on the wall; if you read negative reviews throughout the site on all types of products, you will see that longtime loyal customers are VERY VERY aware that the quality is on a downward trend. The fabrics are not the weight and density that there were ten years ago, that is a fact. LLB you are going to lose us long-timers if you don't turn this thing around quickly....;-( I am sad about this review but it has to be said. Maybe someone reads them??? I hope so. We all want LL Bean to succeed and remain the symbol of American quality that it once was. We would rather pay MORE for heavier-weight real natural fibers. And dare I say, would it be possible to make anything besides the boots here? Maybe just one small segment of the outdoor wear and clothing line could be the highest price point and made by Americans? I think that there are some of us who would pay for it. At least that's what I want to believe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MuskokaMom Cozy and adorable but ....
I bought the cherry blossom polar bear print for my daughter as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves them. They are adorable on her, sizing was great and she says they are very cozy. My issue with them is after the first washing they started to pill...I was so disappointed. My daughter could care a less therefore we will be keeping them but I was expecting better quality for that price.

I can lounge in them all day. I'm a petite woman, 5'2" and about 115 pounds. I purchased the kids XL and possibly a lg would do as well. They are very comfy & warm, the camo pattern wasn't my favorite but the PJs do the job just well.

My nephew is almost 12, and is too old for animal printed pajamas. So I purchased the blue buffalo plaid for him. On Christmas, they not only got a genuine smile from him, but he said they were awesome! My pre-teen nephew loved something I bought him! Hallelujah! Thank you LLBean!
