Fabulous! The cell phone pocket is great! Good belt loops for my LL Bean leather zipper stash belt to fit. Wash well with no ironing needed. VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! THANK YOU!

These are the best pants for Portland winters. Good enough for the office, and comfortable for home, and really well made. I bike to work and don't have to wear rain pants. Portland rain is light, but cold, and these pants wick the rain away while keeping the wind out. And the side pocket is perfect for my reading glasses, which, unfortunately at my age, I need for anything close enough to touch. I have worn them for an entire season (almost) and just really think they are wonderful.

These pants exceeded my expectations. They are extremely soft and comfortable and they are well-made. I would definitely recommend these. They are also true to size and they fit perfectly.

Wow, these are really comfortable pants. They're not formal--just five-pocket, jeans-style corduroys--but they look really sharp. I like the way they fit--they're not baggy, like some natural-fit (dad-style?) pants. Nice cold-weather alternative to khakis or jeans.

Bought 2 pairs for my husband (brawn and dark loden, both 31W 36L) when they were on sale. I was a little bit worried about size ( my hubby is size 31-32w in other jeans, more 32w lately). The cords fit him snag in waist, but not too snag to make him uncomfortable, I like his rear view in these cords - very sexy. He love the side pocket for his smartphone. Adding stretch into fabric is a great idea - it makes pants so comfortable whatever you do, they don't loose shape during wear and washed beautifully, no shrinkage after drying on low ( I checked inseam before and after - 35", the previous reviewer was right - they run a little short). I'll be getting another pair for my hubby, may be for Valentine's Day present. Thanks for another great product LL Bean

Bought these for my son - he wears a 36" inseam. He had them on for Thanksgiving and they looked short- I've washed them in cold water- low and behold- I measured the inseam and it is 34"!!!!
Don't think they shrunk- I just think they were never 36". The only 36" inseams that are long enough are the lined jeans- go figure

the waist on these runs smaller and the cord material is mid-weight- I'm looking for the heavy weight denim and cords!!!~ but I'll be keeping these they look neat, price was right and they had the 36" inseam!

These are great corduroy trousers, and I am ordering my fourth pair of them.
The extra cell phone pocket should be a little larger to accommodate the current generation of smart phones.
