Made from durable, water-repellent ripstop polyester

Our lightest pack ever features a generous number of pockets for organizing gear, excellent carrying capacity and padded foam shoulder straps and back panel for increased comfort. Carry it in an overnight bag, a vehicle, travel luggage or even a canoe or kayak – it packs so small you'll hardly know it's there. Made of durable water-repellent 30D ripstop polyester fabric, it's not only lightweight but also tough and highly durable. Front "shove it" pocket lets you keep an extra layer handy should the weather change. Back panel with wicking air mesh helps keep you comfortable all day. Adjustable waistbelt and sternum strap hold pack secure against your body. Two side mesh water bottle pockets. Panel-load design. Imported.

My netbook fits in perfectly, the strap across the chest is adjustable up & down rather than just around, so I don't end up with it under my chin , choking me ( which another of my packs does, unfortunately.) I use this pack every day to tote my stuff to the library & it never feels too tight or too heavy. My only improvement would be to put some cinch ties on the side pockets as stuff can fall out. It is just the right size for camera rain gear lunch, etc. The front pocket is open but I am going to apply Velcro so things won't fall out. The two zipper pockets on the front are perfect for your wallet and keys. The straps are adjustable so my 6'3" hubby had no problem wearing it. Perfect for travel because it lays completely flat. I also ordered the pocket pack at the same time but the Stowaway is so much sturdier, but still only weighs 14 oz. May 1, 2013

This day pack was perfect: It is small and lightweight enough to fit easily in your luggage, but is well made, has lots of pockets in very convenient places, and is comfortable to wear. I can keep a few things in the backpack, then leave my bike and heavier stuff in the bike locker when I hop on the train. The bag is light and versatile, and has just the right number of pockets. I also plan to take this as a day pack on my self-supported bike tours...great for short day hikes! April 24, 2013

It has a lot more room than I though it would but with that if its not completely full it will shack and move too much when you are jogging. I thought by looking at the picture it was going to have plenty of pockets it doesn't. It's one big compartment inside. April 17, 2013
