My husband has lots of wrinkle-resistant cotton shirts that we are able to wash on permanent press/cool water, dry on low for 5-7 minutes, and hang to dry. This shirt is the exception -- we can't get around ironing it. Too wrinkly.

Very nice. Great quality and fit for a sport shirt Large size. Compares very favorably to a 16" neck dress shirt. Great color. Won't fade.

While I like the fit and the look, this shirt is far from wrinkle-resistant. I also agree with another reviewer that the weight of the fabric is lacking . . . not at all the quality of the Oxford shirt TC237811 which is totally wrinkle-free. The twill sport shirt is not what I expected re: wrinkles; it definitely needs ironing. L..L.Bean needs to take the wrinkle-resistant claim off their advertising.

I find these to be nice durable shirts, and they seem to retain their color. I don't have any problems whatsoever, and the fabric is of exactly the correct weight for my satisfaction. I own several colors in the long and short sleeve variety, and for my medium to slightly heavy build, I surprisingly find the trim fit conforms to my shape better than the regular fit. I hope they get the mallard blue back in stock in the short sleeve (XL), and it would be nice to see this shirt in a brick red rather than the maroon. Else I am very happy with these purchases, and will purchase more as the colors I want become available/ back in stock in my size. I have had zero durability issues, and highly recommend this classic shirt.

I like this shirt and the colors available, but I wish the fabric was of a heavier weight. I probably won't order this shirt again because of the lightweight fabric.

Label says wrinkle resistant, but it's not. Washed & dried as per the label instructions, and it came out like a crumpled up newspaper. 4 other shirts (of various styles) that I bought came out ok, just this one was wrinkled. I'll keep it though, 'cause I like it otherwise, and it ironed ok.

I ordered one for my husband earlier this year and he swears it's the most comfortable shirt he's ever worn. I'm back buying another two. He says it's cool and soft; I think it looks great on him and it doesn't require any more care than a polyester blend. I wish they offered it in more patterns and stripes.

I ordered this shirt in Chestnut (red) and Dark Mariner, which I humbly feel are much better looking than the colors now shown. I very much enjoy the look and feel of the shirts. My disappointment is I can't buy more, based on the colors I now see offered.

Rated 2 out of 5 by otter1457 Not to Previous LLBean quality
Good fit; shirt tails could be a bit longer. Main issue is that the weight of the fabric not to previous LL Bean quality (feels like 1/3 less weight); and that when taken out of the washer, the "drape" of the fabric does not allow the air dry shirt to remain wrinkle free as with previous shirts bought from LLBean. Okay, but wouldn't re-order this shirt.

Nice shirt. Good fit. But, not built to last. Purchased two shirts like this 9 months ago. Pulled them out of the dyer this afternoon and noticed both shirts have holes in the collar. I have other LL Bean shirts that develop holes in less than a year. No more LL Bean shirts for me...
