Made of premium cotton, they feature a durable stain- and wrinkle-resistant treatment. Bonded to the cotton, the innovative treatment ensures creases stay in but stains and wrinkles stay out. Plus, they exceed our rigorous standards for shrink resistance, so you can count on size remaining true, wearing after wearing. Rugged buttons and sturdy zipper will last for years. Deep roomy on-seam pockets and two back button-through pockets. In our trim Classic Fit. Midweight 8.6 oz. fabric. Fit belts up to 1½"W. Imported. Machine wash and dry.

Rated 5 out of 5�by MeandT Good as any I bought 2 pairs of these shorts at the first of summer and they are a good as any I have owned. Let me say here that I am a clothes hound. The crease stays and when I take them from the dryer, I just smooth them out with my hand. Are they perfect, no but they are really good; not quite a 5 but a 4.5.The only con is that the classic fit is cut a little close in the thigh. I think I will order the other fit next time just to compair. Anyway, I really don't think you can get much better for the money. August 14, 2012

Shorts are great looking but I've ordered 4 pairs because the 8 inch length is great BUT within 3 months of light wear, the back pockets wears a hole where my billfold rubs. I'd like to order again but with 4 out of 4 pants gone bad.....just not worth the money. August 11, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5�by Florida45 Perfect...Except Very high quality shorts. Fit seems true to size (by today's super-sized standards) and fabric is comfortable and comes out of the dryer ready to wear. I just wish they were available in a longer length. I am not a tall guy, but the 8" length comes well short of my knees. The 1912 Chinos fit me better, but if you like a shorter style, you can't go wrong with these. June 8, 2012

I was very pleased to see 6" inseam, plain front shorts at a reasonable price. With LL Bean comfort and quality thrown in, you can't go wrong. The classic fit really works for me, as my legs are on the thin side and my butt is small. I have 4 pairs and am planning to order 2 more so they will literally be the only thing I wear to work. Sorry about the guy who experienced fraying, but I have to say that was not my experience at all. All 4 pairs of mine have been through the wash weekly since I got them in the Spring, and still look brand new. After years of wearing shorts down to my knees, I find this product extremely refreshing. July 11, 2011
