Only word of caution is to keep it away from velco, it snags easily and doesn't allow for pulling the snag back into the shirt. Need to cut the snag and it leaves a line on the shirt. I'm 5'9' and 165lbs and a size SMALL fits very well with nice long sleeves that help in the activity for which this shirt is designed. The material feels great and the shirt seems to be made well. I don't know about the spf qualities yet, but so far I've never been sunburned on parts of my body that are covered by clothing, no matter what the spf rating, so I'm not too scared that this will fail. And it is "cool". February 8, 2012
