This bike is great for the casual rider. It rides well, looks nice, and it didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend it.

Being a moderately active biker, city and bike trails with some beach riding, this bike is a very good choice. It arrived within 3 days and was partially assembled. It took about 30 minutes to attach the handlebars, pedals and seat. The gears and brakes needed no further adjustment. This bike is a fun and easy ride and I would highly recommend it.

It's a fine bike for anyone who hasn't ever owned or wanted to own better. If you're used to shocks, a smooth ride, or more than an inch clearance from your foot pedals you will likely be disappointed.

Bought this bike and women's version for wife so that we could go biking with the children daily. Goes up hills and over gravel with good gear exchange. Wife likes the bike a lot and I like it a lot too. Assembly took less than a half hour from taking it out of the box and riding it. Had to adjust front brake pads slightly to align it with the rim. Wife says the seat is a little hard for her and wants a gel cover.

I recently purchased the LL Bean Sport Cruiser 7 bike for myself and was pleased to find a quality bike at an affordable price. The Sport Cruiser 7 is well-constructed and a comfortable ride on paved roads and trails. It provides all the exercise I need to strengthen muscles around a knee that will eventually need replacing. With plans for regular use, I hope that the bike will be replaced before the knee many years (and miles) down the road.

We purchase his and her cruiser bikes and took them out for our first ride this morning. They handled well and were not too difficult to assemble. Time will tell how they hold up, but we are pleased.

I bought this bike to use at the beach, as the area is covered with bike paths. I wish I had bought it long ago. It has performed even better than I had hoped and is perfect for what I use it for. The 7 speed gearing is great-this area is very flat for the most part, and I don't have a need for more gears than that. It is light enough for me to hang up in storage when I am not using it.
Assembly was quite easy. Mine came without a kickstand, but Bean's remedied that.

I bought this bike when the main store had a sale on them. They set me up so I could try it out right there. I like this bike a lot. It is very comfortable and rides well. It shifts easy and is very light. As stated by others I would not buy this bike to race with but if you want a nice easy going bike this would be a great choice. I am glad I purchased mine !

I bought this bike for my husband's birthday and with the help of the LL Bean customer service rep. we picked the correct size for my husband. It arrived when they said it would and we were able to put it together quickly. I got the women's bike last year for my birthday, and now we are out enjoying the spring. Both bikes are great.

For someone whose Tour de France days are past and will spend riding time on bike paths and rural roads with no huge grades, this is an excellent choice. It is simple to assemble with a few common tools. Most importantly, it is a comfortable bicycle for my aging bones.
