I selected this product because it holds three liters of water. An invaluable feature on demanding day hikes or backpacks.

Just what we wanted. The old one was worn out. The new twist closing is so much better.

This bladder is awesome. I bought it in the beginning of the summer and it has held up though a lot of hiking. It's easy to get water out of even when it is almost empty. The water doesn't slosh around, it has a great internal system. Highly recommend.

I'm a huge fan of this product. My backpack's water bottle holders are on the side of the pack; the Camelbak allows me to hydrate while on the move, a huge plus in my mind. This model's 100oz capacity is another plus, giving me peace of mind that I'm not going to run out of water. It's easy to fill and a final, added bonus is the internal baffles help prevent "sloshing".

Great product! Used it recently hiking a N.Y. stretch of the A.T. where water is scarce and often polluted. 1/4 turn cap made opening a breeze. Internal baffle did its' job by reducing the annoying sloshing sound, The disconnect hose was great for filling up right from my Katadyn pump, and the bite valve was easy to operate.

Perfect size for a long day of hiking, no need to worry about going dry. The hose attachment feels solid, and I like the design of the 1/4 turn cap. As a bonus, the side bladder supports make drying it out afterwards very easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DeadMuleJohn Water! Water!
I bought this as a replacement to go in my Camelbak Mule - lost the original on a motorcycle trip. First of all, it fit perfectly and I had no problems with leaks. I filled it, dried it, squeezed it and hung it on the doorknob for a while. Nada. Secondly, my original gave the water a pretty foul plastic taste, which I assumed would be pretty standard, but it ain't so, Joe. This one leaves the water as tasteless as from the tap (well, we won't go into that too far). I plan on taking it into Yellowstone for a backpacking trip this spring, so we'll see how zis holds up for ze rough stuff, no?

A car can drive over this bladder without damaging it but I can't use it normally without breaking off the thin plastic hanger. Once that little appendix-like thingie breaks off there's no way to hang the bladder in your pack. Unsecured, the full bladder moves around and throws off your balance, and as the bladder empties it winds up crumpled in a heap at the bottom of your pack. The whole system is rendered useless once the hanger is broken. Go figure. Most resevoirs from Camelback's competitors have very rugged, unbreakable hanging systems.
I do like that this bladder has an antibacterial liner that keeps the mildew and fungus at bay.
