"Wrinkle-resistant" is a misnomer. As a long-time customer of LL Bean, the "wrinkle-resistant" chino shirt falls short of expectations. I made two separate purchases of the shirt, hoping a different vendor or different color would provide a better outcome. The shirts exit straight out of a low-heat dryer, still tumbler warm, wrinkles included -- almost as wrinkled as an untreated cotton shirt.
Choices for fit and colors are okay.

Rated 3 out of 5áby keokukted Okay, but not as nice as others.
I ordered several Bean shirts at the same time and all others were very good value, well made shirts. The fabric in this one is just not as nice as the others. It has the look of a much cheaper shirt. It's okay, but I won't order another one.

I really like the fit, but as with most LLB button downs, the collars seem to shrink and creep if dried too long in the dryer. Happened on first cleaning.

I bought a light blue and sand colored chino shirt and am very pleased with the light blue one and not so pleased with the sand colored shirt. These are both the same model shirt but they don't behave the same. I wore them, the first time, within a day or so of each other and my wife washed and dried them together. The light blue one came out of the dryer ready to wear. The sand colored one is significantly more wrinkled.
I like all the features of these shirts and expect to get much use of the light blue one.

This is the first chino shirt I've ever bought, and am very pleased with my purchase. It holds its press, as advertised, and has a neat, trim appearance. Was a bit hesitant that it might be too warm, but no, its cotton fabric is very comfortable in this Massachusetts fall weather.

This fits well enough - as a trim fit tall. Relatively fat guys can fit into trim fits - I don't know who needs the extra 6" to 8" of fabric in a regular fit from L.L. Bean today.
Having thoroughly enjoyed the Chambray shirts and Chino pants I've bought from L.L. Bean in the past year or more, with their incredible no-iron performance, I hoped this would be similar.
Alas, it's pretty much a regular cotton shirt out of the dryer. Unless you don't care about wrinkles, you'll want to iron it.
This is me, not the shirt, but I really don't prefer twill shirts. I knew it'd be chino twill, but I hoped it'd also have the good no-iron qualities of the pants. Since it's not no-iron, I think it's going back.

This shirt is made well (sewn well) and the fabric has a nice feel to it. However, there is no way this could be considered a "trim fit." The shirt is 6 inches wider than my other [major name brand] trim fit shirts, and 4 inches wider than another brand's athletic fit. So basically, this is a regular fit shirt. I shudder to think how huge and blousy the regular version of this shirt would be.
Although the shirt is big, it is about the same size as a regular fit shirt, and since I have washed it and thrown it in the dryer, I will keep it, rather than return it. It is a nice dark color and looks nice, so I can use it for layering. But I won't be buying any other colors in this shirt because it is too big for a trim fit style.

Fine navy blue color. Trim fit is never trim enough for me, but the shirt may be just right for others.

I recently lost 55 pounds. I ordered XXL Tall shirts for years. They fit very well and I always looked forward to getting a new Chino Shirt. After losing the weight, I downsized to an XL Tall. I liked the shirt, but felt there was just too much material around the midsection. The shoulders were fine, but I felt that I was always throwing the extra material back. While I liked the look from the front, from the side the extra material really stuck out.
With the trim fit this problem is solved. It fits perfectly and I still have plenty of room to maneuver. Best of all, I no longer have issues with the bulkiness of the extra material around the back.
If you have a narrower waist line or have broad shoulders, this is the shirt and the fit for you.

I purchased the tan version of this shirt and liked it so I bought a navy one. There were about 10 or so loose threads hanging off the back, so I returned it. Same thing on the second one.
I pay a little more for LL Bean and I expect better quality than this.
QC wasn't doing their job in this instance
