I haven't owned these long enough to write a full review on the product, but my first assessment is that they are really cute, not uncomfortable, but not the most comfortable either. The strap that goes along the front of the shoe by my toes rubs the top of my foot. I think if the sandal was broken in a little bit more it would be more comfortable. The leather is hard and not a soft leather. I think the leather might soften over time. I ordered a size 6. My shoe size varies from a 5.5 to a 6 depending on the style of shoe and the 6 is a perfect fit. I would recommend that for the first time you wear them, that you don't wear them on a day were you plan to spend a lot of time walking or on your feet. I would suggest breaking them in first on a day were you can kick them off. I plan to keep them. They are just a really cute sandal. I have to rate them average as they are not exceptionally comfortable.

I own the Dark Mushroom, which I purchased last summer. The quality is excellent- they still look new going into this year. Furthermore these are the most comfortable wedge I have ever owned. If I need some height but know I will be doing a lot of walking this is what I wear. I really want to purchase the Saddle color too but unfortunately it has been sold out in my size for a year and I don't like the look of this year's new cork wedge.

I hesitated buying these as I have a hard time trying to find the perfect fit. I love these so much, I know own a pair in every color. They are so comfortable and you don't realize you have them on. I have worn them for corporate business meetings and a casual Saturday. If you are looking for a comfortable, classy wedge, these are the shoes for you.

I am not one who has worn heels in many years so I was looking for some heals that did not have a severe decline. These shoes are pretty good. I was disappointed though when I was manually breaking in the toe straps and one side cracked showing an inferior leather. I do not know how these will hold up but will find out.
The web sites' auto correct is spelling heels wrong...not me.

Great sandals! The quality of the leather is outstanding and the height of the platform and wedge is perfect! Comfortable, stylish and outright beautiful! I agree entirely with other reviewers to go half size up.

I bought these in navy a few years ago when they first came out. There are stylish and fairly comfortable. However, after less than a year they literally fell apart. I was very surprised as I have been buying from Bean for many years. If I can find the box and the receipt I will be sending them back. Hopefully, the quality has improved.

I first took notice of the cork wedge when it was featured as a full page (in natural cloured) leather in the inaugural spring 2010 Signature catalogue. PLEASE BRING BACK THE NATURAL=="cuoio crudo" IN THIS SUCCESSFUL INTERPRETATION OF A CORK WEDGE. IT IS A WARDROBE ESSENTIAL.
I purchased the navy as the natural was no longer being offered. I wear them exclusively with navy or white bootcut or flared jeans. They create a long leg look without being extreme.
I bought the 8 after reading other customer reviews. I am a true 7.5 AA. The way the vamp is cut and positioned over the toes makes this B width possible on my slender feet.
Brazil makes a good all leather sport shoe at a reasonable price. Hence, this sandal has more of a quality look for a reasonable price. I wish manufacturers would return to making proper widths. I know it is not cost effective in these days of an upside down global economy. But properly fitting footwear (just like a well cut garment enhances one's appearance) makes a huge difference in the look and functionality of footwear.
This is a well balanced wedge on a perfect height that is comfortable to stand and walk in. I would not walk miles in these nor walk a dog while wearing them!!

I agree whole-heartedly with all of the positive reviews on this page. The heel is a comfortable, moderate height but the platform and wedge make it look very cute and flattering. They are also comfortable for a longer time period and a lot of walking, which I have found to be rare in similar shoes. I have wide feet with bunions (lovely, I know) and these shoes still fit me nicely, which is no easy feat. They are well made and worth the slightly higher price- I?ve bought a couple of different colors! I also agree with the recommendation to go a half-size up.

I bought this style 1 year ago but in navy. It's attractive, comfortable and fits perfectly in a size 8. I perfer platforms for many reasons. The price was right and the color mushroom is a great nuetral. Goes with dresses, pants, everything.
