I got it in blue (not navy) and it was not too bright. Nice cotton, not too thick or thin. I wear it at work because it is rather cold with the air conditioner running inside. I have got lots of compliments. I also love playing with the odd shape buttons. I would follow the size guidelines unless you are wanting something much bigger than you normally wear. May 22, 2013

I am not a big fan of red but the shade of this sweater is just about perfect. I love putting it together with a white tee and a pair of jeans. It makes a great outfit. I will be wearing it often! Now, if Bean could PLEASE bring back the crewneck and the v-neck in this style, I would be thrilled!! May 22, 2013

I usually wear petite but, since this sweater didn't come in petite so I took my chances. The sleeves are not too long and the overall length is great. I wore it about 8 times and it hasn't lost it's shape. I was afraid to wash it the washing machine, so it is going to the cleaners. Overall, it's a great sweater for the spring and fall, not too heavy and not too light. May 1, 2013
