Rated 4 out of 5 by LTC04 Pants Untried but look promising
I have not actually worn these yet and am planning to use them for travel this summer, so they have not had a real trial. The fabric is very light and the handy pockets are useful for travel or sports. I also like the fact that the waist is adjustable using the buttons to cinch it in.
I had read reviews that they ran small so I bought a petite 10 in black which is a soft black.. The fit is good for my 5'3.5"/124 lbs.
In essence this review is a bit premature since I have neither worn or washed them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PLMA Good for outside
These fit fairly well. they are a bit stretchy.. but if your an outdoors person, in and out of the water, these will be great.. The waist is just a bit tight, but if you wash and stretch it just a bit, it will be just fine..the color was as expected.. I had to return these as I am not an outdoors person..and needed a different material. these look like they will dry in just minutes..

This is my first trail pants. I like the adjustable waist strap to ensure a good fit. The material and workmanship is good. I wore these on a light hike and it felt very comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jenn978 Great Pants, waist too tight
I love the length of these pants and the fabric and the style. They fit perfect everywhere except the waist, is it just too tight. It is almost like they made the waist band too small for the pants. I held them up to another size 10 pair of pants I have and they are indeed smaller. I am 145 pounds and 5'6 in height and I bought the size 10 med tall pants. I have added a button to the waist band and that helps, however, for the price of these pants you would expect then to fit perfect and they do.. except for the waist band.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MC32 Comfortable pants for gardening!
These pants were exactly what I was searching for. As a horticulturist I have to bend, kneel and sit on the ground to work. These pants met all my body's demands, soft durable fabric with with no pinching or pulling. Love all the pockets for phone and other gardening needs. Well Done L.L.Bean!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mosey LOVE these pants; PERFECT for summer
Pros: LOVE these pants. SO soft, light weight yet sturdy. Esp appreciate the side leg pocket for a phone. Cons: Bean PLEASE get these in some different (summer) colors. The waist band elastic is supposed to button in, but often comes completely out of the waist band. Next time I get these, I'll sew the elastic into place before wearing/washing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CaroCaro Flattering fit and great for hiking/travel
I purchased these pants for a recent trip to Hawaii and wore them repeatedly. They were perfect for long hikes because they protected me from bug bites but lightweight enough that I did not get overheated. I got some serious mud on the bottom of the pants but the fabric cleaned up readily in a hotel sink and dried quickly. The waist is adjustable with interior buttons so if the pants felt loose, I could tighten them up. The multiple pockets were very helpful except there are so many that I forgot where you put things a few times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Horticulture Nice pants!
I bought these pants to wear to work (at a plant nursery), especially for summer time when our temps rise to 115*. I specifically wanted wicking material. I did wear them the other day in a mild 75* day. They are easy to move in, easy to bend in, are very comfortable, not binding at all. They are finished nicely. I bought an 8 because of the reviews stating they ran small. I normally wear a 6; it was smart to order up the one size as the pants are perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by isfpres Great but too short!
I am 6' tall and have not been able to find any women's trekking pants long enough...I had high hopes but to no avail. Why do they have to stop at "Medium Tall"...please make them actually in a length for tall women...please.
