I love this skort. I got two so when one is in the wash I can wear the other. Comfortable, flattering, functional and easy to care for. What more could you ask for?

I bought this for travel. I like it and the length is appropriate. I was not sure of size, so bought a little larger and was pleased to see that the waistband had room for adjusting which made the skirt fit perfectly. However, after washing, the seams tend to pucker some as well as the flap with the contrasting band/edging on it. It takes a little to straighten the flap after washing, but otherwise, a good skirt.

I ordered this skort in both Ash and Clay. I liked both colors and quality of the fabric was great (light and stretchy). I'm 5'8" and 150lbs, and the size 10 was a perfect fit. But, the front flap is the reason I will (sadly) be returning these. The skort looks great on whenever you're standing up. As soon as you sit down, the front flap turns into a giant awkward napkin in your lap. I own other skorts, but they feature a full skirt around and internal pair of shorts. This is the first skort I've tried that just covers the shorts behind a flap. If you change the design, I would be happy to order this again.

I ordered this in black, size 10. I like the waist tabs for adjustments, which means these will still fit if I can manage to lose a few pounds! The length is perfect, about 3 inches above my knees. As this was love at first wearing, I will be ordering at least one more for the summer.

I ordered this skort in the black and tan. Both went back. Here is why: the front of the black skort was incorrectly or poorly sewn. The flap part that is attached to the front of the skort bagged terribly at seam. The beige had other seam problems - the sides seams were not sewn straight so one side bagged out like jodphurs but the other side didn't. I even ordered another black skort to see if it was the same - it wasn't but had other issues. Very poor quality and expensive. Not what I expect from Bean. The material was wonderful but I was not going to keep ordering until I got a good one!

I love this skort! Since I am on a diet & workout program I LOVE the side buttons for I can wear this as I drop sizes without purchasing a new pair per size. I like how it is a bit longer than the others at LL Bean & others stores (fits my age). The fabric is cool and carefree - not wrinkley. I will be ordering the other two colors. LL Bean please add navy!

These shorts fit great. Nice fabric that dries quickly. However, the front panel is stitched so that the flap doesn't lie flat against the body. I'm thinking of having them altered.

I have ordered 2 pairs of the comfort pants and really wanted to try the skort. I wanted them for travel - they look nicer than just a pair of shorts. No go. They were too short for me. Nobody wants to see that that much of the back of my legs. Loved the fabric and the rest of the fit, but I just wasn't comfortable in them. Too bad.

I bought this skort in black. The fabric, pockets, colour, and length were all great. The fit is strange if your waist is smaller than your hips. I am fit with some curve. The waist bagged out a good 3-4 inches.
Also, along the vertical edge of the skort at the front it is finished with some nice gross grain ribbon. Unfortunately, the ribbon had a lot of white in it. With movement or if there was a slight breeze the skort flips and the white stands out. They should have used a solid black.
I wanted this to work for traveling but I returned it.
