This sun and surf bodysuit was offered a few years ago by LLBean and I am thrilled that LLBean offers it again! Though my kids are now 6 and 7 years old they used these in the toddler years for 2 years and I loved them. The zipper never failed and there were no holes at the end of the season. These body suits are great for sun protection. By using these, parents use less sunscreen chemicals on their kids. My kids loved them because it meant less delay in getting to the pool and beach and less greasy sunscreen skin because we only had to do face/neck/arms/legs instead of all over! I highly recommend these suits to all my dermatology patients who have young kids. In the interest of less skin cancer in the future, I hope more parents buy these to protect their kids! Another great product from LLBean!!

This suit fits my 2 1/2 year old grandson to a T. He was hesitant at first because it was so different from his usual swim wear but now he loves it. It is great in the pool and so far has held up well with rinsing after swimming. I look forward to a long hot summer with extra coverage!

This kids swimsuit is fantastic!! My husband and I loved this suit so much we bought a second one this year. We had bought a 12-24 month one last summer and we recently purchased a 3T one for this summer (2013). It protects our son very well from the sun, of course we still use sunblock and make him wear a hat but it holds the swim diaper in well and you dont have to worry about their shorts falling down or the his shirt riding up. The material is very durable and dries quickly. Again, love this suit!

I love L.L.Bean products, the best quality for my little princess.. She is going to be 3 in a month and got the size 4 and is still big on her but that's ok, I can use it for two years.

Purchased size 3T for tall 22-month-old and fits perfectly! I'd say it's true to size -- not too big, but still plenty of room to grow. The quality is fantastic -- heavier fabric that will last, reinforced seams, protected zipper to avoid pinched skin. Easy to get on and off, great all around. Highly recommend for little boy or girl. (I purchased blue for my daughter as pink was sold out, and honestly, it's all the same to her.)

I bought this for my grandson who wears between a 2T and a 3T. I bought the 3T and I'm so glad. It fits him beautifully and doesn't have annoying things that bother little boys. This is a very well made product. So I purchased another for Gabe!

I am raising my grandson and he has a feeding port in his stomach. I have looked for many options for him to swim, however, all left his tummy exposed or full suits were pushing on the port. This suit works great for him. It covers his port and his body enough that I don't feel uncomfortable having him by the pool for a few hours at a time. The quality is very good, as is everything I purchase from LLB. Can't go wrong with this bodysuit.

This is the 2nd year that we've bought this swimming suit. It's very easy for my daughter to wear, is comfortable, and covers much of her body, blocking the sun. Personally, I don't think it is very cute on, but it gets extra points in the functionality and sun protection categories.
