I just received this clock and have only used it for a few days but I love it! It's quiet, maintains the correct time, has easy-to-read numbers and a push button to see the time at night. The alarm sound is nice, not jarring. I just ordered a second one. Runs on 2 AAA batteries.

I debated on this clock for awhile before buying it. I finally decided to order it, and I am so glad I did. I love the green color and I love the night light that comes on when you press the top button , which is so easy to feel for in the dark! It is easy to read also. I would of given it 5 stars, but I don't really care for the alarm sound, but it is o k.

This is a beautiful looking clock but the alarm stopped working after 3 months; numerous other customer reviews indicate a similar quality issue. True to their guarantee, LLBean is sending a new one; I hope it works well because it really is a lovely looking clock with some great features. Love that the second hand is a "sweep hand" - it does not make a ticking sound.

We have bought many clocks over the years,but they have not come close to the original Big Ben.This clock fits the bill.My husband uses this daily to remind him when to take his meds.
Worth the money.Looks good too!!

This is a clock like I had as child only with a lot of improvements.
I no longer have to wind it every night and this one keep very accurate time. Love the light to see at night.

I immediately fell in love with this alarm clock. I loved EVERYTHING about it--the look, the backlight, the alarm, ease of use.
But by day three, the alarm stopped working consistently. If all you want is a pretty clock, this gets five stars! But if wanting an alarm that you can count on, go with something else.

This beautiful alarm clock arrived today. It is replacing the previous LLBean Big Ben loud ticker we couldn't take anymore. Our guests will now enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in peace and quiet, instead of ticking torture! No more silly stories over breakfast of where the old clock had to be stuffed to find solitude.
Thank you LL for this attractive (ordered ivory), functional (love the hi/low alarm level), and very, very quiet timepiece. It is a lovely addition to our home.

Very Pleased. My husband loves the idea of the larger #'s and the ease with which he is able to see the time during the night. The alarm is just enough . . . . not shattering the first thing in the morning. Seems to be well made and durable. He is very happy with it.
