I have two of these easy to read clocks in my home. It is simple to set, easy to read from across the room, sturdy and lighst up easily if you push the button on top. Something from the past that has charm and style.

Rated 5 out of 5áby CountryGyrl Best Non-Electric Clock I've Ever Had
I just received this clock and have only used it for a few days but I love it! It's quiet, maintains the correct time, has easy-to-read numbers and a push button to see the time at night. The alarm sound is nice, not jarring. I just ordered a second one. Runs on 2 AAA batteries.

I purchased this clock for use in a guest room. It is a handsome clock and it is a nice size. As mentioned by other reviewers, the knobs for the alarm and time set fit VERY loosely. I almost expect that they will fall off. For the price, I believe that there could have been much higher standards of production. That said, I am keeping it and I'm hoping that this lovely-looking clock will last longer than I expect.

This is our second Big Ben clock. We have one in nickel and one in green Love that it's a battery and with the white face so easy to see. This is for my Guy , it sits in the bathroom so he can read it without his glasses if he's late.

I have been using this clock for about a week or two now. I am very impressed with the looks of the clock. Sort of a vintage look. Have it setting beside our bed along side a pewter candleholder. It looks like they go together. I also have a small grey/blue pitcher along side. The clock was easy to install the two batteries, easy to set and the alarm works well. I bought it from Bean because I know they sell quality products.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Timetosay Verable Vintage Value!
This clock is an exact replica of the original ones my grandmother had. I have purchased 3 of these, the antique bronze, ivory, and soft blue colors. All are very nice, keep perfect time, go with modern or traditional decor, and best of all, have an adjustable alarm! I hate a loud alarm sound, so these are great because you can adjust the volume of the alarm, either loud or soft.
Very nicely weighted, feels substantial, just like the originals from 1931, and on .

I had to replace LLB's earlier Big Ben model because the battery corrosion destroyed the wires. This newer model adds snooze and lighted dial features. There is a red cloth ribbon trailing out from the battery area. The description and illustrations do not mention/show it. Tugging at it, it was firmly attached. Called customer service: it is intended to go under the batteries so one can pull on the ribbon to remove the batteries. The results: the battery cover does not close and the ribbon drags on the table looking very odd. Someone over-engineered this one. Otherwise I would give it more stars.

The alarm was 20 minutes late ringing first time I set it. Now the alarm hand will not move at all. Totally useless as an alarm clock!
