Rated 5 out of 5 by NYwalkingwoman Love this shirt - please bring it back!
I've been buying these shirts for years, and just came back online to get a couple more as back-ups and I see they are being phased out - only XS and S sizes left. I wear small so I grabbed two shirts in goldenrod yellow, but the basic cream, white and black are gone. What about all your customers who love this shirt? You should listen to us and bring this item back! This is an essential piece in my wardrobe ? I?ve worn it under jackets for work, with jeans, khakis and shorts for casual. The neckline is so lovely and flattering ? not a sharp V-neck, but a softly-rounded V. The crew-neck and boat-neck versions are not at all flattering on me. Please do not discontinue this great shirt. Thanks for listening.

What is happening with this shirt? I came online to buy some new ones and find that availability is extremely limited.
My fingers are crossed that this is a decision based on poor sales of long sleeves in summer and that this shirt will return in abundance very soon. I own it in several colors and love it.
Please bring it back. It is the ideal tee - soft, silky fabric, semi-fitted shape that is never boxy, and so comfortable. This is a classic, timeless shirt that is useful in any woman's wardrobe.

Am I hearing grumblings that LLB is discontinuing this shirt? I hope LLB isn't going to do that. This is my go-to spring to fall long-sleeved pima shirt. (I used to like the short-sleeved version, but the sleeves are getting so short that they are no longer flattering; bring it back with longer sleeves and I'll by a dozen!) It has classic good looks, is super soft and wears well. It's perfect for smart casual and for Pilates and yoga. It's the most versatile long-sleeved shirt I have. Please don't spoil a very good thing for so many of us.

I would recommend these to a friend but since you are no longer carrying them I cannot recommend.
These were just excellent and I wanted to buy more but you only have 3/4 length sleeves. BRING THESE BACK! They are a basic classic T that can be worn with jeans or even a suit. Isn't LL Bean known for their basics?

Rated 5 out of 5 by MHBeanFan These are essential!
I have been buying this same top for years, and it's an essential staple of my wardrobe. The fit is flattering, it's smooth, comfortable, colors are great, dresses up or down, and always looks fresh. Wrinkles fall out as soon as you put it on when traveling. I wanted to order some new ones, as my old ones (at least 10 years old) are worn out, but all of a sudden there are scarcely any available! Please bring them back!

This is my favorite spring/fall shirt. Please bring it back! It is far too early in the season to have run out of one of your staple items! I have half a dozen of these, and wanted to order 2-3 more.

I can only hope that you are NOT discontinuing this item. I'm clearly not the only customer who considers this to be a perfect wardrobe staple. You even state that "90% of reviewers recommend this product" so it's obviously a winner. Come on LL Bean, please tell us this shirt isn't going to disappear!

I love these Pima Cotton LS tees, I bought 3 of them for winter and they are a perfect fit and thickness. They do shrink a little when dried in the dryer. So, I partial dry and hang dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rural6 LOVE this item. Why so hard to get colors, sizes?
I love the pima v-neck tees. And I'm very happy to see a long sleeve version, as opposed to three quarter length!
After many years of shopping LL Bean, I'm still mystified about the unavailability of colors and sizes! For instance, if you look at this item (pima tee, long sleeve) you will see only two colors available in XL, not only in sale priced, but in the regular priced v- necks as well. Why? By now your buyers should have expertise sufficient to predict the demand. There are plenty of extra small and small sizes in most colors available, but only limited colors in Large and XLarge. These versatile shirts are 3-season in in many locales, so seasonality shouldn't be that much of an issue.
As a frequent buyer of your products, I find it frustrating to see a new color and discover it sold out very quickly, but only in the large sizes!
Also, when a color is popular, please do not discontinue it too quickly (deep turquoise and pink hydrangea come immediately to mind). Some years color selection is just not great: greyed blues; muddy turquoise; and yellow-based, light to mid-range greens but no clear colors. Some classic colors, including pastels, should just be retained, like navy and black are, year after year. Where are the pinks this year? While possibly a nice color, strawberry pink is too bright and intense to substitute for pink.
I can't be the only one who likes certain colors, or they would be available and not sold out. Same thing for the colors that end up on clearance, which tend to be the colors I do not like or want. There must be a way to predict which are going to be in demand. Maybe you should confer with customers.
Why all the shortages and back-orders? Are the Cambodians suddenly making only limited editions of Tee Shirts? Are they trying to emulate the Beanie Baby craze of the 90's, only with Tee shirts? Many things I'd like to order are sold out by the time we get the catalog.
LOVE the clothes, hate that they are seldom available in my size.
