Softest, Most Comfortable T-shirt You'll Ever Want. Pima Cotton is the best!!! I want one in every colour. I think they fit true to size. They wash incredibly well. : )

Really, you can find tee shirts anywhere and everywhere, but I have never owned any that came close to LLBean pima tees in quality. Right from the start they are SO soft and have a very smooth touch. Best part is... that lasts, as does the rich color and great fit, wash after wash! I have these pima tees in a variety of LLBean's styles and colors. Definitely my first pick! WELL worth the reasonable price if you like that "just like new" look, fit, and feel to LAST!

Great shirt! Beautiful colors and launders well. I especially appreciate the quality of this cozy knit during our LONG COLD winter. A wonderful shirt for layering and also great alone if the temperature ever gets above 10 degrees!

I found the sleeves of this wild cherry small tee I bought last year to be too tight. I actually lost some weight. Not everyone pushes up their sleeves all the time. It gets uncomfortable in the elbows with tight sleeves after a while. Otherwise I still love LLB's older pima cotton tee.

In the past I bought this shirt in many colors. It is very soft and feels so nice. My only complaint is they are too short, they fall at the hip and plus a bit a shrinkage makes them really short. Because of this I have not bought any more. I would start buying them again if they fell to mid hip or a bit longer. Can you start making these mid hip in the same wonderful colors?

Rated 1 out of 5 by PA105 So much Shrinkage!!
I bought six of these in various colors. They had a strange smell when I opened the package so I washed them in cold water and air dried them. They shrank, and then they shrank some more with the next couple of washings -- so much in the length and in the sleeve length that they are now unwearable. Plus, they seem to have gotten wider. They are now a very strange shape.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mpoppins Very disappointed. Smelly and faded.
I received 3 tees for Christmas, one of them being red. I wore the red one with a cream colored fleece, also from Bean, and the red faded onto my fleece. I have not washed any of them yet, but am afraid I am in for a big disappoi9ntment. Have not washed the fleece yet either - am afraid the red will become permanent.

First of all, the bad news: it does shrink, especially in length. And I have not put it in the dryer at all.
But now, the good news: the neck is cut so that bra straps don't show. The fabric is thick enough that every tiny wrinkle of your pants and/or anything else you might be wearing doesn't show. The shirt is cut to have some shape but not be skintight. Overall, this shirt is exactly what I've been looking for - except that now that I've washed it (once) it's too short and my arms hang out the sleeves.

I received my spring green pima cotton shirt yesterday and just love the color. However, every time I purchase one of these crew neck shirts the neckline seems to get bigger and bigger. I've compared it to some of my older shirts (they last forever) and it is much bigger almost to the boatneck stage. I think someone needs to speak to quality control and have them look into changes in the pattern.

I found that the shirt fit "okay" when I bought it, but when I washed it in cold water and air dried it, the shirt had shrunk at the waist. The arms seemed to remain the same or may have even grown a little. The only reason I still wear it is because I need it for work and wear another shirt over it tucked in.
I say the shirt was "okay" to begin with because it would just stayed tucked in. I am now finding most of LL Beans shirts to be too short and not tuck-in-able. The quality of the shirt was excellent and it seemed to be constructed well. Very disappointing.
