Softest, Most Comfortable T-shirt You'll Ever Want. Pima Cotton is the best!!! I want one in every colour. I think they fit true to size. They wash incredibly well. : )

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ginny41 Love these shirts; more colors please
A year ago, I bought 2 Pima Crewneck Long-Sleeve tees, and I really like them. They fit well, machine wash and dry well, and the Pima cotton stays very soft and smooth. The wild berry one has become my favorite shirt for everyday wear.
I?s love to see this shirt in more colors in women?s sizes. I would especially like anything pink, lavender, or blue-green (aqua, teal, and sea glass).

Being returned! A bummer because I wanted to love these shirts. Super soft with a nice drape, not skin tight, but just too short in the length. Without a wash it was already hitting at my belt loops. Not a fan of mid drifts.
For reference I'm 5'9" and I ordered the small. I fear ordering a medium would make it too frumpy across the shoulders.

I ordered one of these Pima cotton t-shirts and loved it. It fit great (runs large) and didn't wrinkle. Then the second time I washed it (again, by HAND in cold water and hung dry!), a hole appeared in the front. By then, I had already ordered several more. Of the three new t-shirts I ordered, one of them also had a hole in the middle of the front of it. Again, this appeared as I was hand-washing it, as well. This would be just about the perfect t-shirt, but I wouldn't risk this issue again. Come on, LL Bean! Do something about your qaulity control in the manufacturing process! I could not have treated these t-shirts more gently, and still TWO of them got holes in the front for no reason. Very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Emmy44 Usually great, but sometimes shrinks
I ordered 3 of these in the last months, but this one shrunk at least an inch in length with two washings. I have many of this pima T over the years and have had two others shrink but most do not. So although I love the feel of this pima T-shirt, my warning is that if you order and it is not roomy when you receive perhaps you should get next size up to allow for shrinkage.
I still recommentd as pima is comfortable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ToniLibrarian Fabric seems thinner
I've purchased at least a dozen of these pima tees through the years. The fabric of this newest one seems thinner than in the past. (My ironing board cover design is more visible through the new shirt than an older one.) I preferred the more substantial fabric. I also preferred the shorter cut rather than the longer new one, but I realize longer tops are the style these days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Suezi1 Great fit
I have trouble getting long sleeved T-shirt with sleeves long enough. I have to buy a size too large for me to get long enough sleeves. The sleeves on these T's fit me and I was even able to buy my size T-shirt. I am thrilled with these. This T is softer than any I have tried and fit me great too. I will be buying other L.L. Bean products for women.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Catarina Like the older version of this shirt
I would agree that the newer shirts shrink in length, even though I wash them in cold water and hang them to dry. I have also noticed the the sleeves are very tight, and they cling to the chest area, which I don't like. I have older shirts that I still wear around the house, so I know that it is not because I have gained weight. I loved these shirts so much that for a while this is what I wore every day to work (in different colors). Please look into how these shirts are changing! I want to remain a loyal customer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CustomerForYears Body length too short
I'm generally impressed with the quality of all the LL Bean products I've bought over the years. This product is an exception. I bought two of these shirts in XL petite. (I'm 5'2".) While the sleeves fit fairly well, being only a tad short, the torso length is about 3-4 inches short. I wash these shirts on cold and dry them on low.
I'm hoping that LL Bean heeds the reviews that have complained about the length so that i can buy more of these shirts. Otherwise they're very nice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by NCSportMom Shirt Does Shrink
Love the softness and thickness (for winter) of the shirt, but it does shrink all around so be aware the length of the sleeves and the length of the shirt will shrink 2 inches! Fortunately I have short arms so it's OK for the arms now, but it's not as easy to keep tucked in. Once putting it on after being washed I have to "stretch" the shirt to "make it fit" around the body and shoulders. It's fine for layering but would not wear without a layer covering it in public after shrinking.
