I bought seven of these - one for each in our family. They are warm, wash well, and the colors are excellent. I only regret they don't carry these for men! They are a great gift.

I have purchased several of these hoodies for my grandson and never had a problem with them. They fit well and he got several seasons of wear out of them. I recently purhased one for my granddaughter. She is 5 months old and was at the bottom of the weight and height chart for the 3-6 month size (14 lbs and 25"). It was so small that I could not even zip it up. I returned it for the 6-9 month size. It just fit, which means by the Spring it would probably be too tight and the sleeves were 2 inches too long and the hood was so big that it covered her face. It seems that the girls style is tapered making it tighter around the waist.
I have never had a problem with LLBean clothes for my kids or grandkids before, so I was really surprised with the problems with this hoodie.

I bought this for my 2year old,as a winter coat. It is soooo soft,warm and fuzzy. The inside of the sleeves does not have the same lining as the body ,but it is thick nonetheless. The sweater has some weight to it. My daughter will pick this sweater over all her other ones. It is so comfy I got two more for my other kids. It is one of the best quality sweaters I have ever seen. It seems the more I wash it the softer it gets. The inside plush does not get hard or thinner like some other cheap materiel .

I ordered my grandaughter this hoodie in the berry sorbet in a size 4T, her normal size. The color is vibrant and the fleece is oh, so soft. The fit was spot-on.

Since I own three of these and they are my favorite, I had to get them for my granddaughters! I wear mine in cool weather alone or with a quilted vest if it's really cold. They are also great if it's a little cool in your house - comfort without bulk! They wash well and mine look like new even after three years of wash and wear! Great for travel as well (just right for airplanes and trains).

My daughter is on her third one and has them in multiple colors and we couldn't be happier with them! The zipper is easy to use for a toddler learning to zip on their own and it is a perfect lightweight fall coat for playground use. We are a family of 5 and longtime L.L. Bean shoppers. We learned long ago if we spend the extra couple dollars at Bean's, we'll have something that they will last until they outgrow it and not need replacing.

We received this in the mail today for my 2 1/2 year old. We purchased a 4T because she wears 3 to 4t clothes right now. I absolutely love this hoodie!!! The hood and body are lined with super soft fleece and the arms are lined in a light material. I recommend this to anyone looking for a light jacket come fall and early winter. And I also want to buy it in my size :)!!!

I love this sweatshirt. It is just as wonderful as the adult version, just smaller! Soft but sturdy. I know my daughter will reach for this over and over. My only complaint is that the fit is very close to the body. No room for anything more than a t-shirt underneath but I'm learning that maybe this is just how LLBean kids clothes fit. My 2 1/2 year old is 35 lbs and the 4T just fits. I just wish there was a tiny bit more room to grow so that we could use this 3 whole seasons. Otherwise a very nice, warm sweatshirt. It's worth the price.

Everything about this hoodie, including my daughter's affection for it, is fantastic. My only complaint is the bodice is disproportionately short compared to the sleeves. We had to get a 2T hoodie when she was wearing 12-18 and 18 month clothing sizes in other company's clothes. I have twins and we didn't find this to be the case with my son's LL Bean hoodie.
